Mother India Restaurant in Chatsworth

Really loved food in mother india. We got solkadhi, malvani masala, kohlapuri mutton masala and friend promfret with rice bhakri. The bhakri wasn't soft and perfect but it served me memories back from Mumbai! The spice level didn't disappoint as well.

A small but comfortable dining spot with good seating. Excellent food provided from a pleasant hostess and staff. Tried the malai kofta and it was absolutely fantastic, accompanied by samosas, fresh and hot with two sauces. The rich smell of spices inside make it so exotic and flavourful. Many thanks to the staff for making my dining experience there a pleasant and satisfying one. May they have success and prosperity in their business. Thank you.

It was the first time we visited this restaurant. My family and I loved the food. We ordered Maharashtrian and south Indian food. All dishes were delicious! Especially the Kolhapuri Tambada Rassa!!! It was so authentic that it reminded us of Kolhapuri home food. Along with that, the restaurant owner gave us complimentary Zunka & Bhakri! So exquisite! She suggested us some chef's special dishes. Kanda Bhaji, Sole kadhi was unique. Highly recommended!! The person who took our order, Aashish was kind and gave us the best hospitality during our visit. People should definitely try this restaurant for authentic Maharashtrian dishes!

This, this was the best Indian food I've ever had. Yes I know that sounds over the top. I could tell that whoever cooks in that kitchen cooks with love and devotion. Everything was made fresh. The spices were vibrant and the colors were beautiful. The place was well decorated and clean. Wait Staff was very nice and helpful. That was an incredible experience. I will be back!! I ordered the The chicken samosa (real pastry!) Coconut Curry and the mango lassi, rice and garlic nana. Yum!!!

One of Chatsworth’s great restaurants, conveniently on Devonshire near DeSoto. Known in the Indian community for great catering and daily Buffets. And if you have a sweet tooth, you’ll find all the Indian traditional treats here.

We really loved warm welcome by Monica on hungry evening. The maharashtrian good we ordered was delicious and portion size was good. Mr Caesar is an excellent chef. We highly recommend this restaurant. Many thanks and love.

We had lunch here and a mix of dishes— tandoori, masala and Nan. The eggplant that I ordered was delicious and unusual. A speciality. The service was helpful and kind
