Great little Indian restaurant in a small town. The owners were always friendly and welcoming. The food was good. You get unlimited Naan. It's a buffet restaurant with 4 or 5 vegetarian options and a couple of meat options.
Really good and extremely friendly service. We got the dinner buffet which is an amazing deal and so good. The buffet was 50% vegetarian with a lot of amazing options. Would be a regular if I lived closer
This place is just great! The owners are incredibly attentive and really go all out to ensure a memorable dining experience. The food is all top notch - I'm not familiar enough with Indian food to accurately name everything in the buffet but there was nothing I didn't try and everything was delicious and seemed super authentic. I'll definitely make the drive again, if only for the mango pudding!
I've had my share of Indian food from a lot of places, and this small restaurant blows them out of the water. First, before you even eat, the hospitality is first class. These are people who sincerely love what they are sharing with the community. Simply amazing. The food is just stellar. My wife and I had the buffet and every single item was memorable. Carrot pudding, various meat and veggie dishes, and the freshly made Naan. Do yourself a favor and get in here asap.
The ambience is pleasant. Their service was impressive. They keep checking with us. Their buffet has good options. Curry, fruits, chutney, Samosa and white rice everything was amazing. Tea was ok and milk coffee was amazing. The owner shared valuable words from his life experience.
My family tried the buffet at India Delight last night, and we all had a great time. I tried a little bit of everything offered, and my favorite was the pork dish. Most of the others preferred the chicken tikka masala. They had a mango pudding and a carrot pudding for dessert, both of which were good. As a bonus, after noticing my niece wouldn't eat anything and said no when we got her to try (even familiar things like grapes and oranges; she's at that age), the owner asked if she was allergic to cinnamon and then said "I'll make something she'll like!" A few minutes later he brought out a naan cooked in cinnamon and sugar, which she ate right up! Both of the owners were friendly, and their food was wonderful!
We went for lunch right before we went to an opera at the nearby Marion Culture Center. Walking in they had Bollywood on a big screen which was very nice but it turned out to be like YouTube or something so it would go to commercial every once in awhile. Their Buffet had three veg and 3 non veg which were all tasty as of course I had to sample everything. The dessert and salad bar was kind of sparse but their rice pudding (kheer) made up for it. The best part was they brought out tandoori chicken appetizer on a plate extremely well decorated and if I hadn't ate it so quickly I would have took a picture of it. It had some chutney in an onion bowl. Everybody who worked at the restaurant stopped by our table including both chefs and just said hello and how did we like to food. All the food comes with fresh naan although neither me nor my date could eat bread so we didn't get to taste it. The food was so good and satisfying I could barely eat two plates and I did end up stuffing myself as of course I learned from Mom to never leave anything behind. I also had a cup of chai which was decent but not phenomenal. They had many racks of wines so looks like you could have bottle service
