Taj Palace Indian Restaurant in Louisville

ALWAYS very delicious and wonderful customer service!!! I come here all the time and the food, the servers, and the atmosphere is always wonderful. I should also mention that their to-go service is very good and they give you SO MUCH food.

Got there 20 minutes after they opened. Place began to fill up fast for a Thursday night. Very attentive staff. Much different than other restaurants as the servers and other staff took care of all tables. No territorial server problems here. Straight forward Indian menu. Food was outstanding and heat level was right where we asked for in our separate dishes. More than large enough portions. Rice was cooked to perfection, fluffy and flavorful. Only complaint was a lack of cashews in the sauce. One in one dish and 2 in the other, but it did not ruin the sauce. Definitely will be going back. $38.00 for two entrees, naan bread and a soda.

Nice place to have Indian food. I visited this restaurant while I was visiting Louisville. Rogan josh chicken was outstanding, never had something like this before in Canada. Papdi chat is also very fresh and refreshing and loved their breads (tandoori roti specially) Friendly staff and they do have outside seating options for summer days

Ate here Thanksgiving weekend -- our server was excellent and everything was DELICIOUS. We had chicken tikka, garlic naan, chicken tikka masala and the garbanzos in tomato sauce. Highly recommend for freshly-prepared authentic Indian food in the East End, with a peaceful ambiance. Also, greatly appreciated the a refill on rice.

Greeted by Raman and served by Bharath so friendly, attentive, and professional. Biriani chicken served so hot and tasty. Garlic naan the best ever. Restaurant so clean and comfortable. Must try!

We just moved back home to Louisville after living in Manhattan. We had a LOT of great Indian food while in New York but thanks to Taj Palace we can still enjoy world class Indian food back in our old home town! 😊👍🏻👍🏻
