Ember Premier Banquets, Restaurant Take Outs and Catering in Monmouth Junction

We had our wedding reception at Ember, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The service was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The owner was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to ensure everything went perfectly. He truly went above and beyond, exceeding all our expectations. Everyone raved about how delicious the food was, and the staff were attentive and quick to help throughout the event. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the top-notch service we received. A huge thank you to everyone at Ember for making our wedding day so special and memorable!

We had my son's wedding reception at the Ember and everything was perfect! The food was excellent, it was hot and there was plenty for everyone. The guests loved it!

Ember (formerly Chutney Mary) has been completely redesigned and has exquisite decor that is very pleasing. The food is outstanding as it has been for many years. They have improved their bar service considerably with some unique cocktails. Highly recommended.

What an experience! The manager was so gracious as to show me around .. I was stunned to see a 2nd 200+ person party going on in the next room. We heard nothing from it. Fabulous place that moves at your pace!

The ambiance is very good. Food is good too. We usually have parties with a crowd of more than 400. There is a tiled dance floor as well which can accommodate around 150 people dancing (maybe more)
