India Palace in Montgomery

This is my new favorite Indian restaurant. The food was phenomenal. I had a masala chai to drink, delish. I ate the tandoori mix and it was so good I ate every bite. The heat level was a 4 but I think next time I'll kick it up to a 6. Already thinking about what I will order next time is a very good sign...

Very Pleased with India Palace The buffet at India Palace is the only one in town and well worth the $14 price! On our visit we were pleased that the ambience, food, décor, cleanliness, and cost were pleasantly aligned. What did I like the most? The tandoori chicken (juicy pieces, and not burned to a crisp), naan (chewy and crispy, not soggy and charred), the rice (fluffy), the assorted curries (I always take a sample of each), the riata (the yogurt sauce is very fresh and flavorful and I pour it over everything, especially on the flavored rice for which it is meant). If you haven’t been to India Palace for awhile, give it another try. They also have an Auburn location. In fact, it was the deliciousness (dine in only) of that restaurant with the same name and ownership that prompted me to ask if they were connected to the one in Montgomery (the original opened in 2008 and obviously went through several owners before the current one). We will be regulars again.

This experience was about the best experience I have ever had in an Indian restaurant. The place was immaculate. The staff is very professional. The food is delicious. Wonderful atmosphere. I will go back again.

This place is perfect, absolutely perfect. Their buffet is the best Indian buffet I’ve had in my life. Wonderful. They put the best dishes in the buffet and aren’t afraid to skimp put on putting the best on their buffet. They have butter chicken, butter paneer, daal curries, chicken 65, goat curry, and biryani. Of course they have garlic naan, pakoras, and samosas on their buffet too. They have mango ice cream and gulab jamun too!!! Unlimited buffet!! It is very clean and spacious. Bathrooms are clean and tidy. The staff were so friendly. The host even walked us through the buffet and explained each dish to us in case we didn’t understand the Indian name of the dish and asked if we had any questions. Absolutely wonderful. Will be coming here when I come back to Montgomery!

I am a truck driver i had delivery near this restaurants , their is really good parking spot in the office depot parking lot .. I tried their Paneer kadahi and Aloo Gobhi it was really delicious! Thats my recomendation if your new to this place :)

Friendly staff, delicious buffet, calm atmosphere. Definitely would return for the butter chicken and curry - very flavorful, right amount of spice. The naan is a little spice too!

Whoaaaaaa this place is a surprise. Very unassuming from the outside, simple layout inside, but the menu is just full of delicious options. Wife and I finally decided on the mixed tandoori, lamb vindaloo, and some samosas. Everything was wonderful and just so tasty. Our server was super friendly and we never felt like we were waiting for anything. Very awesome, would happily return.
