Royal India Cuisine Restaurant in Reno

Delicious. I enjoyed the dinner special they offer, good variety and plenty for leftovers for the next day. All the meat is perfectly cooked and tender. The rice is well cooked too. The yogurt sauce was very tasty and a great palette cleanser between the different dishes. We got spicy level 4 (medium hot), and it was not too spicy, white people can definitely handle 4 and below. I will be trying the extra spicy (6) later and update with how spicy it is. The service here was good too, though I cannot offer much about it since I did takeout, the staff if very friendly though, and the atmosphere inside was welcoming.

We celebrated a friend’s birthday at Royal India with a group of nine, and the experience was fantastic. The fried samosas with beef filling were flavorful, and the complimentary appetizers were a thoughtful touch. All the dishes came out hot and at the same time, which was impressive for such a large group. The chicken and beef dishes were perfectly tender, and the naan was a highlight—soft with just the right amount of charred flavor, buttery, and loaded with garlic. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. Great food and seamless service made it a memorable celebration!

We love Royal India - so much so that this week I’ve eaten here 3 times. If you are a fan of Indian food, the food is great, the service is quick, and it also makes a great takeout option when not in the mood for cooking. Not only do we think this is the best Indian food in Reno but have heard the same from friends. Definitely worth it, and Rishi will treat you well!

If you're looking for great indian food with an average atmosphere, this is your place. Is the curry lamb is absolutely excellent.

We came here after a movie on a Saturday. We were seated right away and water and chutney were provided with papdams! It was so good! Our server took our order and suggested a different Paneer dish than we usually get and it was awesome. We enjoyed lamb curry and chicken tika masala with naan! Experience was Top Notch! They also provide take out! Definitely a must try if you live in Reno or are visiting and want a great experience! We even had leftovers! Thank you Royal India!

This is a Great Restaurant. The food is fabulous, service is excellent and attentive. The atmosphere is inviting. Love it. Ron

Our favorite Reno Indian Food. The staff is polite, prompt and competent. The naan is to die for and the dish called "chicken mushroom" is so rich and flavorful. We are going there at least one per month and were never disappointed. This was also a great staple in taking-out during the pandemic. All the workers wear masks and from there, we feel comfortable dining.
