Excellent new food truck bringing variety to Brinkley. The food was freshly prepared and delicious! It's easy miss if you're not looking for it, so keep your eyes open for the little red trailer on the southbound side of the road. Authentic Indian cuisine with a wide range of options, including lots of vegetarian/vegan choices. Definitely worth checking out!

Absolutely loved my experience here! The food was incredible—everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can tell a lot of care goes into every dish. The service was top-notch. Just looking for a quick bite on the way to home from work . Stopped at this new joint. I am amazed to see what they achieved in such a small space in taste wise. Truly authentic restaurant for indian food.
