The Best Indian Food I have ever had! YES IN Tulsa, Oklahoma! I have been living out of the country for 4 years. I recently moved back, and came to my FAVORITE INDIAN RESTAURANT, INDIA PALACE , for the Lunch Buffet! The food was even better than I remembered!! It is an all you can eat buffet, from 11:00am to 2 pm, for $17.95. I took these pictures today 2/10/25 at 1:30pm, just before the buffet was going to End! All of the food was as fresh as it was at 11:00am! No dried out leftovers here! The SERVICE on a Monday’s lunch Buffet, was as GOOD as any Dinner Service, at a 5 STAR RESTAURANT! The buffet is a great value, for all of the authentic, tasty dishes you get to try! (That’s why I come at lunch!). 4 years later, and they SUPERSEDED my memories!! Don’t miss this Well Hidden Gem at 71st and Lewis in Tulsa!! Thank you to All of your Professional Staff!!!! Especially the cooks!!😁
March 2nd, 2025 I very much enjoyed their delectable Sunday buffet. Had a nice varied selection of dishes to choose from. Busy award winning restaurant. Excellent service.
Beautiful decor, family atmosphere on Sunday brunch. This is a special gem in Tulsa. The buffet allows you to try some main popular dishes that Do Not Disappoint! Why go somewhere with more options of mediocre food 🤔
Great place. The food is excellent. The owner/manager is always there and checks on you during your meal. Service is fantastic, and I never leave hungry.
10 out of 10! Would absolutely recommend. At all times they have a barriage of servers who come around to refill your water, ask you if they can get you more rice, bread, or chutney, and they always clear away plates as soon as they are empty. This restaurant doesn't struggle to do anything well and that's why I love them. I had the fish masala(made with mahi mahi) and my friend had the chicken tika masala. Everything from the crackers they bring out in the beginning to the lamb keema naan bread the server suggested was divine and I loved every minute. I didn't feel rushed and neither my friend nor I were hungry when we left. We also loved the vegetable samosas. The dough tasted homemade.
The food was delicious. We split the several dishes and liked or loved them all. Service was good. The food came out fast and they are very diligent about filling up your water even when it is like 75% full. The Seekh Kabab was my personal favorite and it paired well with the spicy onion dip (not sure the name) that’s on the table. The kabab also had a nice smokey texture. The Prawn Bhuna was my second favorite. Had some nice heat to it. Very well seasoned. The Chicken Shahi Korma tasted good and a good creamy sauce that really enhanced the chicken. It was my partner’s personal favorite. The Garlic Naan was great. Tasted like the bread used for cheese sticks at a pizza place.
I have been either dining here, or getting takeout for over 25 years. It consistently delivers wonderful flavors, and sets the standard for every other India Cuisine restaurant I go to. The only inconsistency comes to the 'spice level', sometimes 'mild' means bland, other times it's got some kick where some might sweat a bit. Medium is my usual preference, but it also can be a bit 'angry'...but this variation keeps it interesting/exciting, and a dash of cream can tone it down. Service is always very attentive. I will say the atmosphere is looking a bit dated, some remodeling would be good.
