The best thali experience we’ve had! Visited on a Sunday morning and tried the Purani Dilli (Old Delhi) thali. My whole family was sooo impressed with the service. It was a busy Sunday but the staff did an amazing job with refills. We were sooo full by the end and all the options were delicious. The desserts were so good too. Speedy service and if you need something specific, they don’t waste time to make you wait. Also - love the use of the steel plates/cutlery. It made the overall experience more nostalgic. Nice restrooms as well and overall ambiance in the restaurant is gorgeous. Very good for dates, anniversaries and family gatherings.

We tried the Jodhpur thali and the first bite got us back to India. Everything on the plate is delicious. Restaurant is neat, clean and beautiful ambience. The manager and team are very friendly and welcoming. A must visit Indian restaurant.

If you are in the neighborhood, definitely try this restaurant. Food was good but the decor is awesome. Service is great and people are nice.

My husband and I drive 45 minutes from DC to get authentic Indian food. So good!! We even came here after our Hindu wedding ceremony with our families!

Went there for their unlimited vegetarian lunch thali. It was everything we wanted and more! Different traditional curries native to India, nothing fancy, but everything tastes fresh and incredible. You are served with fresh refill on everything, at your table! Everything is well seasoned and spice level is on point to please everyone, will definitely revisit!

I was actually searching for a good vegetarian thali in the area and came across Jodhpur Restaurant—and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. The taste and quality of the food were outstanding, especially by U.S. standards. The spice levels were just right, the flavors were authentic, and the variety in the thali was impressive. I ordered the thali, which included Dahi Vada, Tikki, Bhajiya (fried snacks), Puri and Chapati, Okra Sabzi (which I loved!), Mutter Paneer, Lauki (bottle gourd) sabzi, Mixed Veg, Kadhi, and Dal, along with rice or khichdi served later. It also came with delicious small Gulab Jamuns for dessert. The full thali is unlimited and priced at just $25, which is an amazing deal. The buttermilk was extra, but that’s totally fine given the overall experience. It was heartwarming to see so many Indian families dining there—it almost felt like attending a family function. Had a truly great experience!

I am ever so grateful and humble for Jodhpur to offer a traditional Thali experience. The Jodhpur owner and staff just makes you feel so welcomed for an incredibly stress-free full meal. The incredibly honest & hospitable staff that stops by to fill up any small dish you desire just makes you wonder if you ever need to frequent a Michelin-star restaurant to experience the same honest hospitality. Jodhpur's Thali meal sure beats trying the same 'americanized' Indian fare that is served at oh-so-many Indian restaurants around this area. Not having to worry about what to order or if you might order some entree you might regret is the most wonderful framework for taking in sustenance. Actually the only worry is deciding what drink you'd like besides water. So if you've read this far in this review, you should absolutely order the mango lassi for $3 to enjoy with the stunning 21 small dishes (yes, I said 21 and I said $3). The mango lassi is incredibly soothing. The Saturday Bhedmi Poori Subzi Special Thali was thoroughly satisfying. Being one who prefers 'living to eat' over 'eating to live', eating at Jodhpur made me feel like kid in a candy store. I'm actually at a loss for words now. So glad Jodhpur opened 1.5 years ago. Jodhpur Thali should be on everyone's bucket list. I can't wait to return to try other Thali specials on another day.
