The restaurant impressed me with its cleanliness and inviting atmosphere. The food was delicious, showcasing a rich variety of flavors. I particularly enjoyed the lamb and goat biryani; both dishes were spiced and cooked perfectly, making for a truly satisfying meal. Additionally, the masala tea, which was made in-house, stood out with its aromatic blend of spices and smooth texture, enhancing the overall dining experience. The friendly staff added to the warmth of the place, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our visit.
Small family owned Indian Restaurant. Everything is made from scratch, so yes, it does take a little bit while they prepare it fresh. Grab some Garlic & Butter naan and an order of Vegatable Samosa with Masala Tea first. The Chicken Curry with extra Curry sauce, medium spice, and the Chicken Biriyani was Excellent. It's definitely worth the business at a super affordable price.
Had the chili chicken, fried rice, samosas, chicken tikka masala, naan, masala tea and mango lassi. Everything was delicious. Great service too. We arrived at 9:03 pm and they close at 9:30 pm. They still served us and we dined in and they never rushed us. We ended up leaving at 10 pm. Wonderful service and food.
I live nearby and this is one of my girlfriend and I's go to dinner spots. Portions are pretty large and the food is very well spiced and flavorful. The spicy special biriyani with goat and lamb is delicious. We both love the tikka masala and butter chicken as well. Can't wait until they get their naan oven installed.
We visited Venya's this evening. We had the vegetable samosas, chicken korma, lamb curry, & garlic butter naan. All of the food we had was absolutely delicious. The spice levels & taste were perfect. The portion sizes were very good for their prices. Our server was extremely kind. This spot will be going in our regular rotation.
The food was amazing! They are new and still getting their feet under them, so it was a little slow, and it isn't the best atmosphere, but I didn't care because the food was so good. They worked very hard, but had a lot of customers per staff. We had Venya's Biryani, and it was amazing. My wife asked for it mild, and it was still quite flavorful and spicy. It was enough to split for both of us. We also had the avocado smoothie and faloodah. The drinks were good, but the biryani was amazing! We will be back!
I wouldn't call this much of a sit-down spot but that's fine because their food is awesome and the people are always so nice, no matter who you get. I love this place and would definitely recommend it! The seafood curry, butter chicken, and chicken kadhai are my favorite things to get here. They also make really good Chai tea.
