Butter chicken was very tasty and I was able to share it with another person. Appetizer was super yummy too! Everyone was so sweet, thank you!
The food here was great. I got the mysore masala dosa and the filling was great and ample to have leftover. My family got the pani puri and veg thali's. Everything was tasty. We stop here every time on the way to Vegas or on the way back, and it always hits 👌🏽 Good for Chaats, or food food. They also have ice creams and cakes and sodas. Would recommend + lots of parking
Great Indian food option in Bakersfield. I tried the masala dosa and the samosa chat. This is my new favorite samosa chat; very good and flavorful. The masala dosa was perfect. They have a multitude of interesting items on the menu that I'd like to try on my next visits. They also have an ice cream counter in the front giving you a great desert option. Not the fanciest restaurant, but the food more than makes up for it. Staff and owner are very attentive and friendly
My family and I have eaten here several times and look forward to eating there more often in the future. I love the large selection they have to choose from! The entire staff is very hospitable. One of the highlights of our experience is that the chef (Harbinder) came and greeted us after our meal. I also recommended this establishment and gave out menus to my coworkers! Great place! I will be eating the more often
The service was great - the server name ‘Veer’ was an amazing host with 5 star service. Overall the environment is very cozy and hospitable staff. The food was good too - my favourite - dahi puri and samosa chaat super good.
OMG what a find! The food was spectacular and the people so friendly! I had butter chicken and my buddy the tiki masala. Man did we leave stuffed! I 100% recommend and will definitely be back with my family very soon! Excellent excellent excellent!
This place has a variety of authentic Indian dishes and street foods that you won’t see in most restaurants here that cater to American customers. As Americans we have not seen or tried most of the dishes on the menu and the waitresses were kind and happy to help us order. I knew I wanted to try panipuri and they suggested a combination plate, so instead of 8 of one kind we had 4 “gol gappa” (the basic panipuri) and 4 “dahi batata puri” which is filled with yogurt and on the sweeter side. Both were delicious. We also had the “house thali” which is similar to a typical lunch plate at other Indian restaurants but for an awesome price. It came with two gravies (saag and the other is masala based), bread, rice, and gulab juman for just $11.99. I also tried a masala dosa, the outside is like a crepe and the inside had a soft and perfectly spiced potato filling. It came with coconut-based dipping sauces and sambar which is a mild spiced vegetable stew. Side note it is a fully vegetarian restaurant. We did not try the ice creams but they had great flavors on display, I will have to come back to try the rose petal ice cream!
