Yes, it’s a must have. That masala sauce with the lamb so flavorful and dipping the cheesy garlic naan and the stuffed potato naan into the sauce is so good. The food is still nice and hot even after you been there for a while. They also have this flavorful rice pudding I love the flavor but I am used to eating hot because of my grandma when she makes it for me.

Came in for lunch on 9/30/24. Service was polite and prompt. Food was delicious and spicy rating was just right. Chicken steamed momo and veggie pakoras for app, hot vindaloo with garlic naan and Veggie korma. Dine with confidence, clean and delicious.

What a great meal. The mustard chicken was out of this world. The bartender was so sweet, attentive and we got to smoke hookah out of a pineapple after our meal. Don't sleep on this place. If you enjoy Indian cuisine and are in Springfield, Mass... this far exceeded my expectations.

Let me just say that I was impressed! The moment I walked in, I was I love with the dark ambient mood. The staff was beyond welcoming and don’t get me started on the food. It was just phenomenal and I have tried a lot of Indian cuisine, this by far is my favorite!! Everything was so flavorful down to the last bite!!! Highly recommend L’amour even if it’s not your type of food, it will be now!!

My wife and I live in the Quadrangle area, so we were excited to try L’amour because it’s a short walk away. The owner and his staff are all friendly. We met them before their grand opening and they were gracious to give us a tour and tell us their story. It was exciting to hear how passionate they are about the restaurant, the food, and their goals with the establishment. When we came in today for dinner, we tried the steamed chicken momo to start, and for our main dishes the chicken tikka masala and lamb vindaloo. The momo were firm but still tender, holding their shape from plate to mouth and great with the sauce they came with. A very large portion as well, we were very surprised. When we received the main courses we received a large bowl of rice to share between the two of us. The vindaloo was very aromatic. The spices were very present. A few bites I had whole spices just burst in my mouth, surprising but still flavorful. The tikka masala was excellent, there was plenty of chicken and good-sized pieces. For dessert they recommended the rice pudding. We’ve never had it before so we tried it, and it was a real shock. So sweet despite being rice, it was definitely different but really good. We got some gulab jamun to go. It’s probably our favorite thing on the menu already. Something worth making a special trip to L’amour. Overall, we are very excited for this new establishment in the Quadrangle-Mattoon area, and look forward to coming back/coming often. We hope everyone will try and support a great restaurant, filled with great people, serving great food!

I can't believe a place like this exists in Springfield. The mango chicken is out of this world, chicken chili momo (dumplings) had all these perfect spices in it. Also the garlic cheese naan bread is wow. If you dare to order the tomahawk, be ready to experience an explosion of flavors.

Chicken 65 is a famous Indian Chinese dish invented in 1965, hence the name. Lamb chop is pretty good, $25 for 6 pcs.
