Fantastic food and friendly staff - highly recommend! We were so happy with everything we ordered - and the portions are quite big too (especially the naan). They gave a complimentary veggie soup when we arrived which was so nice on a cold evening. Ordering was tough because there are so many amazing options! Will definitely be back.

I've been looking for some Indian cuisine that would be as good as the experience I had, in Japan of all places, with it. This was that! I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala with Garlic Naan, Tandoori wings and Mango Lassi. They gave me a complementary soup and I also got rice with my curry. The Tandoori wings were so juicy and flavorful, the curry was delicious and thick the naan was great with it. Everything was amazing and it took me back. I highly recommend this place. If you're like me and you had indian food in Japan and are looking for that experience, this is the place.

Stopped in with a friend and had a delightful dinner. We started with the curry fries which were very hot and fresh and came with a delicious dipping sauce. We also enjoyed their complimentary veggie soup. We ordered palak paneer, yellow Dahl and garlic naan all of which were fantastic. The service was wonderful. The place is brand new so it was pretty quiet for a Friday night but i am hopeful that more people will discover this new cap hill gem! I highly recommend.

Good food and great customer service! The flavors were enjoyable, and the staff was warm and attentive, making for a pleasant dining experience.

I order takeout from here because it is the absolute best vegan comfort food. I just bit into my veggie momo jhol and cried. The food is made with so much tenderness and love and it’s palpable. I love the complimentary veggie soup that comes and every dish is so carefully wrapped to avoid spilling in the bag during transport. I hope to dine in soon but love that they accept door dash orders for when I’m feeling under the weather and need a little extra love.

Wow my fiancé and I were blown away by how delicious our meal was at Fishtail. Some of the most flavorful Indian food I’ve ever had! The owner and his wife were so friendly. Our new favorite place in the neighborhood! I highly recommend trying a the chicken tikka masala and lamb dumplings. Sooooo delicious!

The place is brand new. Very clean, friendly and delicious. The Naan was excellent, the honey curry chicken was good. The other dish my wife ordered was delicious. Rice was perfect. For 4th day open they did a very good job. We will go back. We miss our old favorite Yogis that was on 17th but this was the closest to that. Please do us all a favor give them a try. Help our neighborhood sustain an Indian restaurant. Please don’t be too critical they just started. For those who pour heart and soul and a life of savings to open a business it’s not easy. Consider all the places that closed due to the pandemic. We’re lucky to have this new space.
