Came to visit Los Angeles for the weekend and stumbled across this Plaza across from my Hotel Intercontinental. Wow Saffron Indian food. ... amazing flavor for a fast food Curry chicken must visit for warm home cooked. I'm A filipina lady and love my delicious filipino food but Indian food always good to!!!!
I was looking for a place to eat lunch and I'm glad I chose this restaurant. I was super impressed with the wait time specially during lunch hour. I barely had to wait anything. Food taste: I tried the Chicken Curry, Lamb Masala, Garlic Naan and Samosa. Chicken Curry was excellent, lots of flavor and very tasty. Lamb Masala was really good specially as well. I tried the Garlic Naan for $0.99 and I'd recommend you give it a try. I also tried the Samosa and that was something i will add as an appetizer, it came out so crispy and tasty. Next time I will try the Chicken Tikka Masala and Saag Paneer. Customer service: very friendly and attentive. Location: It is very easy to find. It is just straight after taking the stairs from the main corner of 4th and Hope st. Price: It is very reasonable.
I enjoy coming here and the food I've tried has solid and delicious. Usually, I tried everything in the menu and I am satisfied with the flavors. One of the workers Vanessa is super friendly and has great customer service even when the lines are busy. The cooks has done a great job with the food prep.
Had Rice with Chicken curry &lamb meat curry combo With a garlic naan Taste is good
This is the best Indian restaurant I’ve ever gone to! The staff and Management there is super friendly. The place always looks so clean👌🏼Their Indian fries & Samosas are soooo bomb! I always get the Chicken Curry with brown rice😃They even Make the naan right in the front very cool to see! I always order catering for my parties. The only thing is people go nuts for the mango lassi it usually sells out pretty fast. Gotta try that at least once!
I rarely give five stars, but this place has great food. I toying with the idea of going vegan, so I'm looking around for vegan options. I discover this place. Four out of seven items on their menu are vegetarian, and could become vegan with a couple of special requests. You won't miss the meat, and they have two chicken options of you insist on that sort of protein. I hope they are a success and open more restaurants. The only one that stays open for dinner is at Figueroa and 7th. The other two are only open for lunch.
This is almost like a Drive-In! You always get the food super quick even when you see a line of 10-15 during lunch. If you're looking for halal meat, it's a NO! Their new addition Tofu Tikka Masala is just awesome! Get a garlic naan!
