Chand Palace - Vegetarian Cuisine of India

I went to Chand Palace for dinner. It is an absolutely phenomenal restaurant, which has a good buffet with a variety of foods. One amazing thing about this restaurant is that it not only focuses on quantity, but also on quality. Another thing that I love about this restaurant is that it jas a separate section for deserts, made specifically for people with sweet tooths, who loves sweets. The desert section not only consists of western deserts like ice cream and chocolate covered strawberries, but also delicious Indian sweets like gulab jamun and gaajar halwa. The service was also good. There is also an a la carte, to order dosas. The atmosphere was also really good. The restaurant was well decorated, with Kishore Kumar hits playing in the background. I think this is the best Indian restaurant I have had in my life, and I think it definitely deserves 5 stars. I highly recommend this restaurant. I think if you haven't already, you should give it a try!

I generally don’t post reviews but this time I could not hold myself to say good words about this restaurant. This reminded me the real test of India and hospitality was awesome. Quality and quantity both did the justice with the price, I would say I had more that I paid if I compare the each delicious dish with other restaurant's price . Cherry on the cake they don’t charge for the kids, even if they change I won’t mind paying for the quality of food they are serving in buffet. Strongly recommend this place, who wants to enjoy the Indian ambiance, hospitality and desi authentic food.Could not get chance to take photo as I was busy eating😄 , Will take photo in my next visit with my wife.

Very good food and excellent service. The variety of items in buffet and quality of food is very great. There are so many options to pick and taste is very good. Sunil, the owner, is a gem of a person. He takes extra care of my daughter who is allergic to dairy and nuts. He personally attends and takes care there is no cross contamination.

Went for a weekend dinner buffet and was satisfied. The buffet had a decent assortment of curries, popular street food, and dessert. The price per head was around $26 and a separate service charge is added as well (around a few bucks). If you use cash, then you’re eligible for a 10% discount. I’ll be returning again!

We recently had a get-together with around 30 friends at Chand Palace (Piscataway) and were beyond impressed with the inviting ambience, indulgent and delicious spread and impeccable service. Many thanks to Vikasji, Sunil and the entire team for taking care of us. Everyone had a fabulous time. We will be back soon.

WOW! If you’re looking for vegetarian Indian food, great price, variety of dishes, dinner buffet, and flavorful food…then this is the place to come and eat. The weekend dinner buffet is $25 per person and what an amazing deal. With the current inflation restaurants charging sky high prices for dishes - this place does the opposite. For this price you get more than 10 dishes to choose from AND they provide unlimited Masala Dosa AND Naans AND mango lassi AND a selection of tasty dessert options. Not to mention they have a chocolate fondue to dip your strawberries 🍓. Yum! We came here for a Sunday dinner buffet and this place was packed. Definitely we will be coming here again!
