The food and service were outstanding! They have a good selection of drinks, including some Indian beers. Ibwas chatting to the server and owner(?), and we were treated to some poppadoms and some dips - sooooo good and it was a sign of the delights we were about to enjoy. We had mixed veg pakoras and veg samosa chat for apps - both were very good portions, and the chat was tremendous and is possibly my new fave. We had butter chicken, mixed grill and lamb korma, and garlic & cheese and garlic Naan. Tastebuds had a treat! The dishes were served hot, and the authenticity of the dishes was very evident. Honestly, if looking for a good quality, traditional Indian restaurant, you will find it here. Our server was attentive, very polite, and answered any questions about the dishes clearly. For sure, Chilly is now my go-to place when in need of a curry. Awesome place!
A quaint casual family dining restaurant. It was my husband's first time trying Indian cuisine. He loved it! We started with garlic shrimp and butter naan. He ordered the chicken vindaloo, our daughter ordered chicken Tikka, and I had the mango chicken. It was all perfection!
Only Indian place in Winter Haven. We have paneer kurchan and goat kadai for curries and garlic and butter naan for Flatbread. I was surprised to see the quantity of food that came out. The goat kadai was one of the best I tasted in recent times. Plus the portion was huge too. We drove from SoFlo to winter haven late in the evening, just when the kitchen was about to close. They were gracious and kindly extend the time. Serviced us with same smile and patience. While rest of the rest of the resturant was closing down. Thumbs up to the hospitality and service. Overall, if anyone visiting winter haven and craving Indian food, this is the place to visit.
Love the food!! The garlic naan was so delicious, and the butter chicken was the best I've had in awhile. The prices are very good too with good portions. Definitely recommend this place.
We went this weekend and we're a little concerned when we saw the sign outside that it is under new management. We loved it last time we were here, and feared the change might not be good. Thankfully, we learned that while under new management, many of the employees remain the same, and the new owner is the brother of the original owner. Everything we ordered was very good, and the place started filling up with people dining in, and lots of people getting takeout while we were there. We will definitely continue going, and hope the new changes don't impact the quality
Thank you very much for the excellent food and service. Amazing food and very nice restaurant. For dinner I had the Tandoori mix grill and garlic naan. If you order medium spicy be ready for medium spicy. 🔥🌶 I highly recommend the Laddoo Ki Payas if you have a sweet tooth. It's a lovely citrusy desert.
Was very surprised how very good this little hole in the wall is! The food was excellent and the staff was very nice. We will be adding this to our favorite laces to eat. It was worth the hour drive for!
