Excellent Indian Vegetarian Snacks and Breakfast. Today I had Punugulu, Vada and Kuzhipaniyaram(Gunta Ponganalu) suggest From day specials. Authentic flavors best in Austin. They have wide range of Dosa menu with different flavors. Must visit place for vegetarian and vegan people around Austin.
Extremely tasty and fresh. For me , four South Indian- it is the sambar and chutney that defines quality- and here ALL four chutneys were tasty and fresh - and sambar was good too For first time in a long time on a South Indian restaurant - all chutney and snare were fresh - made with fresh ingredients 👏👏 Must go place -🎊🎊 Jan 11 2025 Came back again - and everything was so delicious and fresh - This time also - ordered ginger lemon tea - tealicious 😀😀
Felt like home food to me. I personally liked the Thali I ordered except Rasam. Mixed feedback from others in my group. Try to add madurai style chutneys to Dosa and podi options for Dosa and idli. Similar to Murugan idli shop.
Great meal ! Ordered the South Indian thali and gotta say it was fantastic ! Food tastes homely , something that’s not overly spicy or filling. Just the right amount portion wise ! Would recommend!
Excellent vegetarian food. It was like home cooked. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend South Indian thaali
The food here is excellent. The vegetarian thali is outstanding, and the railway idly stands out—especially the coconut chutney, which is incredibly flavorful. Overall, it’s a great restaurant to enjoy delicious and satisfying meals.
This place is amazing. We’ve ventured out with my son and wife and my sister to try something new. I cannot recommend this high enough. You may not know what you are ordering, but everything is absolutely delicious. I don’t think I had ever experienced South Indian food before. But now I have and I will be back many many times. Don’t ask why don’t ask how they will help you decide what to order. Just go there. And make sure you’re hungry. Highest recommendation five stars on everything. Family owned and so so so friendly, and not at all chain-like or corporate-like. Also, the music is amazing. It will feel like you’re in the Taj Mahal.
