Angeethi Flame is a relatively small Indian Restaurant in around Rock. We stopped by for lunch based on the good reviews. We were not disappointed. We were seated promptly by friendly staff, who checked with us about the spice level we would like. Five of us ordered different dishes. All were quite delicious. Definitely worth checking out.
Stopped here for lunch and was immensely impressed by their calm ambience and delicious food. It's the best north Indian cuisine I have had in Austin Metropolitan. The Aloo Paratha was very authentic and was generously stuffed. The chole bhatura was finger licking good and the dal makhni was good but a little more salt would've made it great. Ordered a to-go tea while leaving and it reminded me of the dhaba/tapri chai of India 😀 The only thing was that they didn't have high chairs so was a little tedious to manage my infant while eating. Highly recommend the restaurant for vegetarian food and will be back to try their other dishes.
Medium heat is perfect, it builds and is enjoyable. The lamb curry was tender and tasty. The chicken tikka masala was good. We had a garlic nann also. If you like Indian food and a clean & enjoyable dining experience give it a try!
We dropped by Agneethi on Sunday for brunch and had an awesome experience. The North Indian options were on point—we tried the Chole Bhature and the Delhi-style Aloo Paratha, and both were absolutely delicious. It’s great to have such authentic flavors around! Also, they were reasonably priced too. One of the highlights was the Afghani Soya Chaap—it was something different and tasted amazing. Definitely recommend giving it a shot. We usually come to this area for the coffee place next door, and it’s nice to see that all the businesses in this complex maintain good quality. The restaurant itself has a really welcoming vibe, and the girl managing the place was super courteous and clearly knew what she was doing. Highly recommend checking this place out!
Got the butter chicken, veggie samosas, subz panchvati and garlic naan - it was soooooooo good! Will definitely come back again to try more menu items!
I was in another state and I loved their Biriyani. After coming Austin, this is the only place to trust. So tasty foods specially the goat Biriyani. Enough meat and food quantity is really good according to the price ,And the stuff’s behavior’s awesome .. obviously will try more
We have been making our way through all the restaurants in this development and Angeethi Flame did not disappoint. Get the garlic Naan and "butter something" we had butter shrimp and it was the best bite of our dinner. Keep it up Angeethi Flame and thanks for a great meal tonight.
