Everything about this cafe is Awesome 👏 Don’t miss their Bangalore Masala puri it’s mouth watering and taste authentic 🤤 Bonda soup was delicious and neer dosa with mango shikarni was 😋🥭 don’t know if it’s a seasonal dish but it was amazing 🤩 It’s our favorite place authentic South Indian food!!! The staff here is really kind and helpful and they also take your suggestions really well regarding their dishes.
Unbelievably delicious food! At first, I was skeptical about the lack of meat on the menu, but every dish was packed with incredible flavors and delightful new tastes. The service was warm, attentive, and truly caring. Thank you for creating such a fantastic dining experience! I can’t wait to visit again soon.
Delicious vegetarian food and authentic filter coffee. The dishes were fresh, the dosas were flavorful, and the staff was warm and welcoming. The restaurant was also exceptionally clean.
I felt like I visited Bengaluru again! Delicious food!! Every item on the menu feels exactly like Bengaluru food hands down! Masala dose being crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside was mind blowing! I loved the service as well, I would love to visit this place every week! It was an amazing experience at Malgudi cafe! You guys have preserved the authenticity of Namma Karnataka food, thank you so much!!!
One of the best cafes in this area. An all vegetarian . A must try. Their food is delicious and the service is first class. Loved the variety they had in South Indian dishes. The staff is amazing.
Had a wonderful experience at Malgudi Cafe in Exton! The ambience is very pleasant — cozy and welcoming, even though the restaurant is on the smaller side. It can get a bit crowded during peak weekend hours, but that’s expected given how good the place is. The staff were extremely polite and well-behaved, which really added to the experience. The dosa was good and the filter coffee was excellent — one of the best I’ve had around here. It’s rare to find Indian restaurants in this area that you genuinely feel like going back to, and Malgudi Cafe is definitely one of those gems. Highly recommend checking it out, folks!
Best dosae we've had in the US (or at least east coast). If you're looking for Bangalore style dosae this is the place - crisp on the outside and spongy on the inside. Their green chutney and sambhar is so authentic that I tend to prefer them over the potato filling. Tip - ask for the masala on the side if you don't want the dosae getting soft from the masala. Chow Chow bath and generally everything in combo 2 was great. Wasn't a big fan of the rice dishes or the masala puri - but we go back for the dosae all the time.
