Best meal I’ve had in a very long time. The goat the lamb samosas were delicious, and the goat ROGANJOSH was tender and cooked to perfection! Happy was a delight as a server! 10a all around!
OMG!!! I’ve never had a favorite Indian restaurant before. Didn’t know they had a dinner buffet on Sundays. Spectacular. If you’re a local, I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Absolutely fabulous. Totally exceeded my expectations.
Food was absolutely amazing! Packed with flavor and the spice was off the charts. I have a decent heat tolerance and ordered the spice on a 7/10 scale and I felt it for sure lol. Still it was extremely delicious nonetheless! Servers were amazing extremely swift and polite and catered very well. Atmosphere was super clean, even the bathroom which in my opinion deserves a hats off because most restaurants can’t have a clean atmosphere, great food, and swift servers with the level on how this restaurant treated me! Definitely would come here again, also the jubilee was very sweet and delicious.
Stopped by for lunch on a Sunday. Ordered off the VEGAN menu, yes you heard me! They have a plainly marked vegan menu. Food made cruelty free for the win! We ordered tandoori roti, began ka bhartha, gobI Manchurian and mixed pakora. Everything was fantastic. The severe was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back.
This has been such a great experience. A lot of thought went into the interior design and table setup. The dishes were beautiful and delicious! The Street food Gol Gappas was my favorite appetizer. Definitely will be returning.
This was a great restaurant. I live in West Cary where we have plenty of Indian restaurants, but this was so good I will make the 45 minute drive again. The service was great and so was the food. I enjoyed the bread and the dessert too. Definitely worth stopping by. See if you can get Happy to be your server. He is awesome.
My wife and I traveled to the Wake Forest area over the Christmas season to visit family. The challenge was to find a restaurant for our Christmas meal, and my wife identified Lazeez as a good option. Having few Indian cuisine options in our town of residence, we are always looking for a good Indian dining experience. For this, Lazeez fits the bill. After securing a parking spot in a crowded lot, we opened the door to Lazeez and was instantly welcomed by delicious, spicy smells wafting from the kitchen. We immediately realized a good meal was waiting for us. The restaurant is small and creates an intimate dining atmosphere. The menu provides many options, both vegetarian and non vegetarian. The bar menu is brief yet adequate. The Indian cuisine offered hails from Punjab with the sauces described in the menu as "gravy." After enjoying my meal, "gravy" is a more appropriate term! For appetizers we went vegetarian with Mix Pekora and Samosa Chaat. The Main Course section of the menu offers a list of protein selections on one side with a selection of gravy on the other side. These meals are accompanied by basmati rice. We selected Chicken Curry and Chicken Vindaloo. My wife opted for medium heat for the Curry while I selected hot spicy for the Vindaloo. An Indian hot option is also available, but the hot option was excellent - good heat that enhanced the dish. This is a must try restaurant if you are interested in authentic Indian cuisine and a solid menu. We will definitely return when we are back in the area.
