I had the lamb gyro. It was excellent! The taste was great and the portion size was just incredible! I have tried gyros from 4-5 places since moving to Baltimore and this one is the cheapest and has the biggest portion size of all by a huge margin. The owner is a great guy as well. I wish it was available on Uber eats.
Absolutely the best food you can get on Towson campus and around the area. It's not a competition. I recommend this to everyone who inquires about food in the area, and I also annoy people who don't ask in telling them about it. Their portion sizes are unmatched, I always get 1 and a half to 2 meals out of a large gyro bowl. This is my favorite place to eat if you couldn't tell.
The food was amazing. I come back every time for more. The man that works there is very nice and friendly and explains the menu to you if you don’t know what you ordered lol. My husband and I love seeing him and eating his food. We go there so much he knows our orders by heart.
Best place to eat on campus, good and affordable. Never have had any issues with the food or the owner. Always recommend it to friends who commute or are tired of the dining halls. Love the lamb gyro platter and samosas. Falafel is a good vegetarian option. The owner is great. Please tip him well!!
Hands down the best food I've had in the Towson/Baltimore area. Lamb Gyro with rice and salad and the homemade hot sauce is easily top 5 dishes I've ever had in my life. When in the area, I dine at his cart at least 3 times a week and every time is better than the last. Prices are unbelievably good. Every once in a while, he'll throw in a free samosa, also extremely delicious. 11/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone.
This is the best halal food cart in town! The portions are huge and they definitely don't skimp out on the chicken or lamb. I usually buy a large and have enough food left over for dinner the next day. The food is always so fresh and it's made right in front of you. I found their white sauce is better than every other place I tried here. It's the perfect consistency. The couple running the stand are also so sweet and friendly. Just a caution- sometimes they move locations so be sure to call and see where they are before you go. They are usually somewhere around Towson University. Definitely worth it.
This is the halal cart to go to. The man who runs is actually moved here from New York so the food is really authentic. The white sauce is the best I've tasted. The portion size is generous. I recommend calling ahead for the location because sometimes the owner moves location. One of the best chicken over rice platters I've tasted and I regularly visit NYC.
