The food is made fresh. The service is extraordinary and very attentive. We tried Pav Bhaji, Vada, Mirchi Bujji, Puri and Bhaji and all came out very good. Samosa chat is just okay. The service was very attentive. Definitely a must try if you want to enjoy vegetarian Indian food.
Excellent Indian restaurant. The food is very delicious and authentic. I would recommend coming here with an empty belly.
I cannot recommend this restaurant enough! I eat a lot of Indian food, but this restaurant far surpasses most I have had. The dosa was the perfect texture with delicious potatoes and sambar. The vada was truly out of this world. My friend insisted we order it and I'm so glad we did! It felt so fresh and flavorful and not at all overly fried or dried out. The pav bhaji was also exemplary. I truly cannot overstate how yummy and fresh the food tasted! Each dish seemed perfectly seasoned and cooked. This is a new restaurant and I really hope they are around for years to come! If you love Indian food, this is one place you do not want to miss! Also, in case you get confused upon arrival, there is a different name on the building, but if you look in the window, you will see the signage of Shiv Shakti. You are in the right place and I promise you will be happy to be there!
One the finest Indian vegetarian restaurants in H-Town. All the staff members are friendly. The deliciousness & quality of their food is a huge plus. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend to everyone in the city.
It's a new place that's opened up in Copperfield Shopping Center so we decided to give this a try. We ordered Papdi chat, Rava masala dosa, Paper masala Dosa and a plate of idli and sambar. Food was refreshingly good and the dosas were really crispy! The new owners are well behaved and very nice. I want to come back here and try other items from the menu. Great place. Give it a try. ππΌ
I had the Paper Masala Dosa served with coconut & peanut and tomato & chickpea chutneys along with sambar. The dosa was both crispy and soft and balanced well with the different flavors and textures of chutney and potato on the side. For dessert, I had the Gulab Jamun and Masala Chai which was so refreshing and sweet! I definitely recommend them to close for the palette. Overall, the food was very flavorful and tasted like it was made with lots of love and thought. The manager was also very helpful and sweet!
Most authentic food Iβve found. Family run and they are all incredibly kind people. Best Dosa i have ever had and itβs gluten-free. Without a doubt the Masala dosa and spring dosa are a must try. You canβt go wrong with anything on the menu, itβs all wonderful
