Loved this restaurant, the authentic food from Kerala and the service. Santosh was warm and welcoming. The buffet that we had for lunch on Sunday was excellent. My personal favorite was the fish curry and tomato rice.

Great restaurant and great food! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate a member of our party who wasn’t well and provided them with a beverage not present in the menu! Lot of vegetarian options available. This is a godsend in the upper New York area!

I am positively surprised by this place - the food is excellent and very authentic. I hate the garlic rasam and Mysore masala dosa - reminded me of home. The ambience - the slow music featuring indian instruments - lovely, and the service was impeccable. The staff is very friendly and gives you your space! I also packed a few things for take out and they all smell very fragrant, cannot wait to dig in!

Karavalli is hands down one of the best spots for Indian cuisine in Saratoga Springs—especially if you’re a fan of bold, authentic South Indian flavors. The dishes are packed with rich spices, layered textures, and that unmistakable warmth that makes you want to keep eating long after you’re full. From crispy dosas to fragrant curries, every plate felt thoughtfully prepared and deeply satisfying. What made the experience even better was the hospitality—the owner himself came by to check on us, offering thoughtful recommendations and making us feel genuinely welcome. It’s the kind of personal touch that takes a great meal and turns it into a memorable one.

My little girls wanted to try Indian food for the first time. They whole family was very happy with our experience. I was very impressed by our meals. My lamb phaal was delicious with a huge amount of heat! If you’re a lover of the hot and spicy this dish is definitely the one. Both of my kids got the chicken tikka masala, which had so much flavor. For there first time trying Indian style of food, they definitely want to come back. Didn’t have any room for dessert, but looking at pictures of other google reviews I am going to save room next time to try some. Where I live there isn’t any Indian restaurants. The 45 min drive is totally worth it! Thank you for the great service and meals.

Best meal of my life. Textures and flavors were spot on. Staff provided perfect service, and the ambiance was elegant & relaxing. See for yourself! I don't know why anyone would go to any other restaurant in Saratoga while Karavalli still stands.
