I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional experience at your restaurant. The establishment, including the restrooms, maintained an impeccable level of cleanliness. I've not been particularly fond of Indian cuisine, but the outstanding quality of the food has completely changed my perspective. I look forward to returning soon.

Ordered Thali right before thanksgiving for lunch. Gotta say the packaging was amazing. Everything secure. The smell of garlic in naan is perfect. Food as always is right where you want it to be. Never misses the taste and flavors. Prepared with care and also delivered with care. Will be ordering more during and before holidays at my work.

The food was extremely good and the ambience of the restaurant was a delight to the eyes, i personally loved the wall hangings in the restaurant, coming to the food samundri biriyani and paneer shashlik and paneer cheese poutine was a must. But I feel the paneer can be cooked in little pieces as well, apart from that everything was beyond perfection. Our server vanessa was very helpful and the service was very good. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful dinner at Indeblue with family, and it exceeded our expectations! Upon arrival for our 7 PM reservation, we were warmly greeted by the hostess, who held the door open for us. The restaurant's decor was beautiful, creating a lovely atmosphere for our meal. Our server, Lori, truly stood out. Her extensive knowledge of the menu made us feel like we were in great hands—her friendly demeanor and willingness to answer our questions made our first visit feel special. I honestly thought she might be the owner with how well she knew the place! The food was delicious and fairly priced, adding to an overall great experience. Food was very good and the waiter we had was very kind. The chef personally came and checked in on if we enjoyed the food. This place is the perfect blend of traditional and modern take of Indian food.The only thing I have to say is don't do walk-ins at peak days. We did one and wanted about an hour to get the seating we wanted. Plan ahead and make reservations to avoid this. We are definitely coming back with the rest of the family for the tasting menu.

I’ve met friends here several times now for an evening out and we had an amazing meal every time! Our server Lori was great! She was friendly, attentive, very knowledgeable and had great suggestions for my friends who were not familiar with Indian cuisine so I requested her again. I really appreciate the variety of vegetarian options. In our visit the other night we enjoyed a seasonal watermelon salad, spinach chaat, paneer poutine and kaju paneer matar. We saved a little bit of room for dessert and so glad we did!! I tried something different every time and am already looking forward to my next visit!

I recommend Indeblue to all my friends! The food is an amazing combination of traditional flavors, yet elevated to a fine dining level. I have eaten at Indeblue many times and have followed this chef for more than 20 years. The staff is friendly and courteous, with an extensive knowledge of their menu. They always have suggestions for what is new or seasonal. The decor is breathtaking and great for any group. The last time I was there, I had a wonderful mushroom soup and I always get the crispy spinach chaat appetizer. It is divine. I would recommend this restaurant for anyone, whether this is your first taste of Indian cuisine or you have a life long love of the food.
