Haldi Indian GLENDALE

Stopped in here for dinner while visiting from out of town and I was not disappointed. Food was delicious and the service was excellent. I ordered the cauliflower Manchurian, shrimp tandoori, a couple beers, and the gulab jamun (a doughnut like ball in syrup). You can order from the table via phone or by the staff. They have a cool robot that carries the food to your table where a server will then divvy out your dishes. I will definitely return next time I'm in town. Highly recommended.

The food is amazing! Haldi is our Go-To Indian restaurant. We love their Honey Butter Chicken, Tikka Masala and Garlic Naan. Bella the waitress on wheels is always fun to watch, delivering your food!

It was the first time me and my friends tried Indian food and we were not disappointed. The food and service was great, and the staff even gave us recommendations on what to try. They also came back and checked on us every now and then for any refills and to see if the food was to our liking. Loved how you could choose the spice level as well. Will definitely be coming back!

What a beautiful restaurant, to start. Really nicely decorated, spacious and inviting. We were welcomed for dinner one evening and were greeted warmly by Sam and his staff. I started with a mango lassi drink and it was delicious! Perfect blend of sweet and tart flavors. We were able to try a variety of entrees including a few appetizers like the gobi manuchurian (fried cauliflower), veggie pakora, and chicken 65. The chicken was my favorite: really well seasoned and tasty. The gobi was a crowd pleaser as well. For main dishes, I got the chicken biryani and it was huge! The menu says 32 oz and it lasted me a few meals. I love biryani and this was a good dish, interestingly it had a hard boiled egg on top which I’ve never seen before. I also tried the tikka masala, chicken tandoori, lamb, curries, and naan. Everything was flavored nicely and the spice levels were accurate. This is a great restaurant and has a lot of options to choose from, including a few vegan dishes, as well as a lunch menu. Definitely recommend trying them out!

Haldi is an East Indian restaurant that is in Glendale, and the food is simply superb. The space is large, but it gets packed for dinner rather quickly. This is due to the sheer decadence of the food which is offered. Not only do they offer the standard fare you'd find an Indian restaurant, but they also offer some stellar out of pocket varieties as well, such as honey butter chicken and mango chicken curry. The heat levels help to balance the sweetness of the dishes. Speaking of heat, you can get a level from zero to five. They do not hold back on the heat level, so choosing a three is a good standard bearer of what you'll be in for. Go lighter for less heat and up it to get the full fiery flavor. You can either serve dishes' family style or definitely have a bowl for yourself, depending on how famished you are. Remember to grab some Naan and a madras coffee or mango Lassi to complete your meal. Definitely one of the best places to have dinner in the Glendale area

Truly, the most delicious Indian cuisine I’ve EVER had. It’s actually the best food around! Homemade. The naan, samosas, and butter chicken were so good, I was eating the sauce by the spoonful. Very clean restaurant and friendly staff. Go here!

If you like Indian food, this is the place to come. The ambience is great, and the food is even better. Everything was very tasty and well done. We will definitely be coming back.
