When this place first opened up near our house we were excited we would have a new place within walking distance. Fingers crossed it would be good. They didnβt disappoint and continue to be top notch. We visit and order from this place quite often. The food is always on point and being Indian I like my Indian food spicy. They hit the spice notes just right π The service here is always great and the staff is super friendly. I only have 2 comments. 1) the place is a little too quiet for me but if you like quiet this is perfect for you then and 2) I almost never get chutney with my to-go orders. It should always be included
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mirchi , and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or family. The menu offered a delightful variety of dishes, each bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. I particularly enjoyed the [Gobi Manchurian , Dal tadka , samosa, Baingan Bharat etc], which was a culinary masterpiece. The freshness of the ingredients and the attention to detail in preparation were evident in every bite. Adding to the overall experience was Mr. MO, the owner, who went above and beyond to ensure our visit was memorable. His genuine warmth and hospitality made us feel like valued guests, not just customers. Overall, Mirchi is a gem that I highly recommend to anyone looking for great food and a wonderful dining experience. I will definitely be returning soon!
First time visiting. Super impressed with the quality food and services. We ordered family house meals for two people, the portion is really satisfying and we get to try the various of different foods. The black tea is so good too and the server gave us a cup of local/homemade Chai tea. It reminds me of my time traveling in India, the favor is so original. Definitely give it a try to the restaurant. It is a hidden gold space to visit.
Came here expecting some decent Indian food on my birthday a few weeks ago with the fam and it blew our socks off. Good portions and great quality food- we ordered the chicken tandoori, chicken korma, and vegetable curry along with some naan and it was great for 3 people. We also had great service from the staff here! The power cut out near the end of the meal and they immediately started lighting candles and working around the difficulties. Will come back again!
We're vegetarian, so we like Indian food because of the variety of menu options available to us. We decided to try Mirchi for a change from our regular spot, and we were blown away! The service was great and the food was so flavorful. We ordered the vegetarian dinner for two, which comes with an order of 2 samosas, raitha, two vegetarian dinners and 2 desserts. We ordered a dal (lentil) and veggie soup for my 6-year-old son, which he fully slurped away. I ordered the veggie masala, which is the best masala I've ever tasted. It was spicy, creamy and the tartness of the tomato base all came through equally. What a dish! I assume the the chicken and fish masala dishes would taste equally great. My wife ordered her go-to Indian dish: the mixed vegetable Korma. It was very good, indeed-spicy and creamy-but we both liked the masala a bit more. For dessert, we ordered the rice pudding (kheer) and the fried dough balls soaked in syrup (gulab jamun). Both were very good! We also promised my son an order of ice cream if he finished his soup, which he did, so we ordered mango iced cream for him. It was delicious! I highly recommend a visit to Mirchi for authentic and tasty Indian cuisine.
Seven of us ate here. The service was prompt, and for us vegetarians the food was delicious. Mirchi is now my favorite Indian restaurant. Next time I'll order medium heat. My wife loved the mild, but I think for me medium would be perfect.
Great service, and I was impressed by the food. I can highly recommend the dinner combo for two as a great value and a good variety. I think itβs the best Indian restaurants in the area.
