The vegetable rice biriyani was excellent. It's on the hot/spicy side, but very flavorful. The restaurant is decorated with indian statues and images. It's situated in a strip mall, so there's ample parking. It's an all vegetarian /vegan restaurant.
We have been dining at WIVC for many years now. The owner is a sweet South Indian fellow. He has a beautiful family as well. The food is South Indian. So Vegetarians. You will enjoy.. My favorite is Idly and Sombar.
Wow, this place is π₯π₯ First time here and it's only a block from my house. Everything was tasty and the service was amazing. I'll definitely be back!!
πππ Stepped into Woodlands Indian Cuisine and felt like I'd taken a direct flight to South Indian flavor town! Wallet-friendly and oodles of options that scream authentic and oh-so-fresh. Their Vada's? LEGENDARY. Seriously, if there was an Olympics for Vadas, these would take gold. Dive into that tomato chutney - a fresh splash of deliciousness. And the paneer dosa? Letβs just say it's become my food BFF. Four visits in two months? Yeah, Iβm smitten. Hosts? Top-tier friendly. Not a fan of the boxed sweets though - they can keep those. Ambience? A solid 3.5 stars. But hey, with free parking right next door, who's complaining?
What more can I say? Great authentic south Indian food that is absolutely delicious. Spices are well balanced and not overwhelming. Dosas were great, but for the full experience may sure you try the Thali!
Best South Indian food I ever had in my life. Amazing and authentic taste. Highly recommend. Just service is slow may be because they are so busy.
My friends and I walked into Woodlands Indian Cuisine on a weeknight without reservations and they immediately saw us down and answered all of our questions. We asked them to give us recommendations of what to get since it was the first time we were there. Everything they suggested was amazing! We highly recommend their garlic bread and there was a spicy cauliflower appetizer that was delicious. My favorite dish was the Paneer Masala. We can't wait to go back and try more things!
