The Chicken Chettinad is comparable to some of the most elite kitches in India, with flavors that were bold yet distinct. Great Portion sizes, and amazing staff too!
The best Indian street food in University city, if not Philly. Their indo chinese is delicious specially the hakka chow and chili chicken. Small bites like pao bhaji and pani puri are also worth trying. And they have slice and limca and the best milk tea. The servers are very friendly and welcoming. Definitely coming back again.
Update on more items : I tried the pizza multiple other items and it was yummy and delicious every single time. We also tried Malai kofta ( great quantity and taste ). Recently my husband got chicken seekh kebab and he is on the 9th cloud because he found something so damn good and so close to home. Also tried their Hakka noodles but it's more like chili garlic noodles. I wish it was more veggies and Chinese sauces but it tastes good nonetheless. Thank God they understand the spice level. I wanted really spicy food and they did just that. Owners are such nice people ! Excellent food ! Tried three items all were good. Paneer Tikka pizza and Schezwan fried rice were damn good. Vapa paw was good too. Excited to try other items on their menu. Just the place needs arrange seating better and clean the tables. More of a takeout place. Will add more photos as I try more options there. Owners are great and homely.
Awesome place and service. Nice preparation. Restaurant is aptly located and nice people running it. Clean, has tv and tasty food.
It is actually sad how underrated this restaurant is. This is simply one of the best most authentic Punjabi restaurants you will find anywhere outside of India. The food is always seasoned properly and the guys that work it are easygoing and hardworking. They never skimp on quality and the taste is magical. After a hard day at work I come to Bombay Dhaba, take a bite of the paneer butter masala, and experience nirvana.
Both the guys there were so nice and helpful. My favorite was definitely the panneer Tikka pizza it is so good..
Great place for a quick lunch. Service is fast and the prices are very affordable. A curry entree and an order of naan is enough food for two people to share and costs less than $20
