The food is seasonal and inventive. The dishes include elements that take a significant amount of time to prepare well. The presentation of the dishes is beautiful and done with care. The entire experience from the service to the kitchen, and, if applicable, the sommelier are clearly thought-out and well executed. Also the owner greeted us as well. Very nice environment that plays also soothing nice music that set the dinner occasion

This is by far the best Indian Food in North Houston and possibly the whole city! We have been coming here from the beginning and love it. The owners are such amazing and caring people. I highly recommend trying it out! EDIT. I have had the honor and blessing of knowing the owners for years now and again blessed to work with them on new photos and video for the menu. I can not speak highly enough about these good people and amazing food.

Stopped in here for lunch on a whim. Was warmly welcomed. Was unfamiliar with a couple of the dishes, and they happily explained them. Everything i had was fantastic. The vegetable pakoras were my favorite. 10/10

Palette is AMAZING. This is by far the best Indian in the area. The service is great and all of the employees are super sweet. The food was very fresh and flavorful. I don’t usually like cooked fish, but I tried some of their salmon special and it was so tasty.

The food looked and smelled so good I started digging in before I took a picture. We had butter chicken, saag paneer and dosa with cheese. Empty dishes say it all 🤌🏼 Hands down the best naan I have ever had and everything else was seasoned well and delicious. The staff was nice, helpful and not too pushy. We will definitely be back to try more.

Incredible place. One of the top Indian places in Houston for sure. I live in Kingwood but I would happily commute 25 minutes to get here. Will be going again.
