Excellent through and through. Tarun (our server) was very helpful, prompt, and accurate. He answered all our food/drink questions and even recommended an excellent Indian whiskey when I asked. All of our food looked amazing and was delicious. Spice levels were as described/requested, portions were generous without being excessive, and they gave my daughter a wonderful dessert for her birthday! Will definitely return, can’t wait to introduce my friends to Mausam! I can’t believe I didn’t take any pictures of our food! We all just attacked it the second it came out LOL
So happy I was able to go to an amazing place for my first time ever trying Indian food. I usually take pictures of everything but once I got my meal I had to dive in and remembered to snap a Pic. I would definitely go back again. The server was super nice also.
First off Rahul was great with the service! And merry Christmas everybody! And after a 6 mile hike today I found this new Indian restaurant and let me tell you, the food was absolutely amazing. The service is stellar. The vibes are cool. Come get you some of the best Indian food that I found in Colorado Springs ….
We visited Garden of the Gods and were looking for nearby restaurants when we came across this highly rated spot. Seeing that the chef had earned a Michelin star, we knew we had to try it. The Chicken Zafrani, their most popular dish, was rich and full of flavor. We started with the papdi chaat, which was light and refreshing, and were impressed by the restaurant’s attention to detail in every dish. The highlight of the meal was the pineapple phirni dessert—a perfect ending to a great dining experience. Overall, a fantastic spot that lived up to its reputation!
This was our first time here. The food was absolutely amazing. You could taste the fresh spices and ingredients that they use. And all of the house cocktails were very original and delicious. All of the staff were very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves Indian food like myself. Or even if someone wanted to try a delicious local spot. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!
This is our new favorite restaurant! By far, the best meal we’ve had in Colorado Springs. Every dish we had was a 10/10 and we can’t wait to go back and try more! So flavorful and authentic. The restaurant itself is also very clean with beautiful modern decor. You can tell the owners and workers take a lot of pride in their restaurant, as they should. We had the lamb kebabs to start and for our entrees the chicken tikka masala and the chicken vindaloo. All of the meat was cooked perfectly and so juicy. The sauces were so flavorful and delicious. If you find yourself craving Indian, THIS is the place to go. It’s not only the best Indian in town, but the best meal overall.
A must-try Indian restaurant! The food was incredible - I loved the veg and non veg food platters. Rara ghosht was outstanding. The service was top-notch and the decor and lighting was beautiful. Our server Vineet was very helpful with menu recommendations and prompt service. Kids enjoyed Jafrani chicken and cheese naan. Michelin-awarded chef Dharam Singh clearly knows what he's doing. Highly recommended for an authentic Indian dining experience.
