I love this restaurant, the food is amazing, the servers are always nice, food comes out fast and hot from the kitchen, really nice ambiance. My favorite is the malai kofta (pictured), omg 😍 I also love their chai, paneer, and momos. Definitely my favorite Himalayan food in Sebastopol. I decided to leave a review because I was surprised by the recent reviews before mine. I have been here many times and the food is reliably excellent. Also noticed today they have a large private dining room for events or gatherings.
I think the meals here are a great bargain...the prices are low but not at the expense of good food. I highly recommend the chicken vindaloo, the naan with spicy peppers and the cauliflower curry. It's a good place for a casual night out with friends.
First time went to eat with my family. This cozy restaurant in a small town has left a best impression. The service we received was great. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience. Will definitely go back and YOU have to go!
What a wonderful treat in a cute town of Sebastopol - the food was delicious! Must try the lentil soup! The lamb curry was so good!
Amazing food! Top quality! The spice level is just perfect for what you ask. The service is fantastic. Ambiance is cheerful. Such a great experience. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys good food!
This has now become a date night location, and we're going down the menu to try more dishes. The namaste lamb curry with butter naan and saffron rice hit the spot. We started off with the kale pakoras, cucumber salad, and lentil soup. And chai, always have to get chai. Everything came out hot (temperature wise, the cucumber salad was chilled) and the timing was perfect. I can't express enough how good the naan was. It was crowded, but not packed on a Friday evening. Conversations could be overheard. It was more of a casual dining experience than a candle lit dinner. I'll gladly return to try the next dish.
Yesterday my husband and I had another delicious dinner at Namaste. We highly recommend the daal makhani, the mixed vegetable coco curry and the baigan bharta. We accompanied these delicious dishes with naan and rice. Another favorite dish is the fish kabab (salmon) from the tandoori oven. The owner and his family and the staff are great. It is certainly worth the drive from Petaluma
