This was an excellent place to eat. Everything we ate was absolutely delicious. I’ve eaten at this place under different names (and I presume different owners). And luckily they’ve all had wonderful food. We had several different items off the menu and all were yummy. This Indian place isn’t quite like the other Indian restaurants, it’s not a knock on them, it’s nice to have a variety of options. Service was wonderful. Definitely recommend this restaurant. Note: •They have a lot of options for vegetarians. •You can easily avoid gluten as well, although if you’re sensitive probably best to be aware (they have naan). •As with most traditional cuisines, they use dark meat and meat on a bone. •Also, while the place is very handicap accessible. The paper towel holder would be difficult to access from a seated position. See the pictures.

I had a great experience at PERSIS BIRYANI INDIAN GRILL The Chicken Tikka Masala was rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced, with tender, flavorful chicken while the Chicken Curry had a deep, flavorful spice that was perfectly balanced. The Garlic Naan was fresh, soft, and had just the right amount of garlic and butter—perfect for soaking up the curry. To top it off, they gave us a free Mango Custard, which was sweet, creamy, and a perfect way to end the meal. Great food, friendly service, and a warm atmosphere. Highly recommend!

We just had the most wonderful dinner at Persis Indian Grill in Omaha, and I can’t stop smiling! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such warmth and care. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, with beautiful decor and a peaceful vibe that made it perfect for a relaxing evening out. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive especially when we mentioned my sister’s food allergies. They went above and beyond to ensure her meal was safe, asking questions and double-checking ingredients. It really meant so much to us, and we felt genuinely cared for. And the food… wow. Every dish was bursting with flavor! We had a few vegetarian options and everything was fresh, perfectly spiced, and absolutely delicious. Even the simple things like the naan and raita were made with love. This place is a gem. Amazing food, outstanding service, and a beautiful atmosphere. We will absolutely be back!

My favorite Chicken Tikka Masala in Omaha. Delicious. So happy I found this place. The garlic naan and mango custard were great. My husband also really enjoyed his food but I can't remember what he ordered. Staff was kind and attentive. The restaurant was very clean. We will definitely be back.

I had a fantastic dining experience. The ambiance was welcoming, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. The menu offered a diverse range of dishes, and each plate was both beautifully presented and delicious. The lamp biriyani and curry leaves chicken was a standout, perfectly balanced in flavors and textures. Overall, it's a great spot for anyone looking to enjoy a memorable meal. Highly recommended!

Cannot believe this place has been right down the road from me for years and I didn’t know about it! Staff was very attentive and made sure we had what we needed and that the food was satisfactory. Every dish we tried was perfect. We had the Gobi 65 (cauliflower) as an appetizer which was something I’d never tried before but recommended to us and it was amazing. The paneer butter masala was great! My wife had the chicken Korma and it was delicious as well. Portions were good-sized so we took home the leftovers. Definitely recommend this place for any and all Indian Cuisine lovers. We’ll be back!

Overall a solid restaurant. Good food, good service, flavor was good l, spice level appropriate (I asked for 6/10, and was correct). Very home style restaurant. Fair prices.
