35 min drive is worth making for this wonderful food. It's our second visit here and we now consider ourselves regular customers who will visit frequently. The ambience, the aromas in the air, the friendly manager all contribute to a great experience. The kashmiri chai and kheer reminds me of home in Lahore Pakistan. Loved the chapli kabab gyro. Halwa puri is very authentic. Looking forward to the nihari at next visit. And the restaurant is meticulously clean in every areas.
Had an amazing time at the Chai Cafe event in downtown! The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was packed with flavor and perfectly prepared. The service was top-notch as well, with friendly and attentive staff making the experience even better. I highly recommend checking out this place for anyone looking for great food and a welcoming atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back!
We were just looking for somewhere that has real chai before we drove back to Tulsa and this place delivered! I got the Kadak chai and my husband got a Kashmiri chai. The butter chicken pizza was good and filling, perfect pick me up!
Came in for a chai and ended up having breakfast too—everything was absolutely delicious! The chai was rich and flavorful,. Watching cricket on the big screen made the experience even better. With it being Ramzaan, it was heartwarming to see the cafe serving such a wonderful breakfast. Hoping they continue to bring people together with great food and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!
I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the restaurant was—definitely a welcoming first impression! The service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff. The masala soda, though refreshing, was a bit too sour for my taste. However, the Karachi-style biryani was a standout. If you’re a fan of South Indian biryani, it might not be what you’re used to, so make sure to check the menu for options. Personally, I really enjoyed it. The real highlights for me were the ginger tea (adarak chai) and the masala vada. The chai was absolutely delicious—aromatic and soothing—and the vada was perfectly spiced, crispy, and not greasy at all. A definite must-try! The chicken cheese paratha, on the other hand, was just okay. It didn’t quite hit the mark for me, so I wouldn’t order it again. Overall, the experience was positive, with some dishes standing out more than others. I’d definitely return for the biryani, tea, and masala vada!
Came here for the first time tonight. The food and service was amazing. The chicken rice platter was delicious! The combination of the two sauces and the way the meat was seasoned was perfect! Portions are plentiful! The chicken paratha was delightful! I loved the texter and the consistency of the filling. The chicken tendies were great! Finished with a nutella paratha for dessert and it was scrumptious! Perfectly paired with a kadak chai. Needless to say, we will definitely be back! The ladies at the counter were very helpful and the place was very clean and inviting! Can't wait to go back! I highly recommend it. Coming from a foodie!
