Biryani was really good. My experience at other places with biryani has not been worth mentioning. For this place I would highly recommend the biryani giving it a try. Not unnecessarily spicy but flavorful.Malai Tikka was good. Hope this place maintains this taste 🤞for a long enough time, unlike other Indian restaurants where taste is negative exponential with time. I will come back to Guru's kitchen.
Delicious Indian food! I got the goat masala and it was easily the most flavorful and spiced curry I’ve had in Arizona. Had enough heat, I got “hot” but it was well balanced and had lots of flavor from the other spices. The meat was cooked perfectly, tender and juicy as well. It was a touch black cardamom heavy, which if you’re unfamiliar has a taste similar to ginger mixed with black licorice, so keep that in mind before ordering that specific dish. I really enjoyed it though! We also got the chicken tandoori, which was cooked well and very tender. Would recommend a side of some type of sauce to got with it though, such as chutney or riatia. I would also suggest to the restaurant to add a description to the menu of each item so people know exactly what they’re ordering. Overall though, it’s a great place to have in the far east valley!
Wow! Loved every minute of it! The vegetable biryani and malai kofta blew us away, for real! The food was made just the way we love it! And yes the mango lassi was also incredible! Awesome experience, thank you Deep and Suraj for our great experience! Definitely see us again! 🙏👍🙏👍
The food is amazing. I had chicken curry and my wife had tandoori chicken. Prices are very reasonable if not identical to other Indian restaurants. The garlic naan is amazing.
Really liked the food here. Had Saag paneer and shrimp Tikka masala. Both good but the Tikka masala fabulous. Aloo paratha was good and chicken 65 good. I would recommend. Service was quick and friendly and liked the added touch of real plates, napkins and cutlery. We are so happy to get more ethic and especially Indian food in our area. Has a wide variety of menu items still to try, North and South Indian, veg and non veg items. Serving size is mid size sharable for normal eaters, but big eaters can eat one dish themselves. Will be back and work through the menu!
Stopped in while on a brief stopover at a nearby airport. Was initially unsure if the place was still under construction since the development seemed brand new. Truly fantastic food. Although more of an informal experience this was the best Indian I’ve had outside the U.K. By far the cleanest. Very genuine staff who will make you feel welcome. Despite the serve you quickly atmosphere there is no rush. Plenty of spice options but they trend on the spicier side so order accordingly to your taste. Thank you for the great dinner. Butter Chicken was 10/10.
I went last night with my cousin, and it was great. We got to meet the owner and talk with him throughout our dining experience. He was a really cool guy and told us about how they just opened and their future plans. The food was amazing—I got the lamb korma, and my cousin had the chicken tikka masala. We both had garlic naan that was really good. Everything was very tasty and authentic. We also tried their mango lassi, and it was fire. I’d highly recommend coming here. The interior of the restaurant is super nice. They have a bar area that they are working on and everything looks clean and fancy.
