They turned it into a neat little area. Very nice atmosphere, nice host/waitress. The food is amazing. Great blend of flavors than some other Indian places. We ordered Chicken Tikka Missala, garlic and butter Naan, and Hyderabadi Chicken.
I’ve been here a bunch of times now and absolutely love the place. There have a huge menu and I’ve never repeated an order. I haven’t scratched the surface of what they have available, but everything I’ve had has been excellent. Service is always great too. Highly recommend!
You HAVE to have a Dosa - doesn't matter which one, just pick!! We had the Masala Dosa (mashed potatoes on the inside) & it was perfect. Flavor was great and the tomato sauce was my fav. Also had the Gobi Manchurian (was a bit different than other restaurants), but was very good. Since the Gobi Manchurian didn't come with rice, we added the Veg Biriyani (don't think we got a pic of that). Had the Veg samosas and the puffed up fry bread - Poori (i think that's what it was called). Very Vegan / Plant based friendly! Highly recommend.
Probably the best Indian food I had in the Edmond/OKC area. The price is $15-20 per person but it’s delicious! Don’t order spicy unless you REALLY can handle it haha
Oh my goodness!!! So delicious! We just moved to Edmond and have been on the hunt for decent Indian food. Desi knocked it out of the park!! We are vegan and had plenty of yummy food to pick from. Masala Dosa (with the pancake) was amazing. The channa masala is the best I’ve had! Tip: take some of the pancake and fill it with channa masala! So delish!!!
Large, well lit, welcoming space with ample parking and incredible food. I got a basic order of chicken tikka masala, butter naan, and veggie samosas — everything exceeded my expectations! Adding this spot to my regular rotation.
Finally, the search for a good Indian restaurant in and around Oklahoma City has come to an end. While most of the Indian restaurants here are below average, they serve really good and tasty food. We tried baby corn manchurian, and noodles. They’re very spicy, so always go for the mild spicy unless you really can handle it.
