The Clove Restaurant

I recently dined at The Clove and had an exceptional experience. I ordered the goat curry, plain naan, garlic naan, and a mango lassi, and everything was absolutely delicious! The goat curry was perfectly spiced and tender, while the naan (both plain and garlic) was fresh, soft, and flavorful—perfect for scooping up the curry. The mango lassi was refreshing and the perfect balance of creamy and sweet. What really stood out, besides the amazing food, was how affordable everything was, making it a great value for the quality. The service was prompt and friendly, and the ambiance of the restaurant was inviting. I highly recommend The Clove and will definitely be returning! Would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves authentic and tasty Indian cuisine!

I was the only guest in the restaurant on a Tuesday afternoon. I'm glad there was a shared location video otherwise I would have missed the restaurant. (It's around the corner and adjacent to Starbucks, overlooking the river). I had samosas, fish curry, and garlic naan. Everything was cooked to my preferred spice level and tasted authentic.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Clove, and it was an unforgettable experience! The lamb biryani I ordered was absolutely perfect—flavorful, aromatic, and cooked to perfection. The lamb was tender and juicy, and the rice was infused with the perfect blend of spices. Every bite was bursting with authentic Indian flavors. The staff was warm and attentive, ensuring a great dining experience. The ambiance of the restaurant made the meal even more enjoyable. If you’re craving delicious, authentic Indian cuisine, The Clove is a must-visit! I can’t wait to return and try more dishes.

Please please please go try this place if you're looking for VERY authentic Nepalese and Indian cooking. It tastes like mom's home cooking! The chilli momos are some of the best I've ever had!

Cannot recomment this place enough. Started with the Chicken Spring rolls. Amazing texture and perfectly fried. Comes with a green cream sauce that takes the roll to the next level. Next up was the chicken Momo which is steamed dumplings. These were absolutely divine. The red sauce is spicy hot hot so be aware. They were cooked to absolute perfect. The entries were the chicken tikka masala and the curry chicken. The spice level was absolutely on point, the rice was perfect, and the chicken was so tender. Again. Highly recommend!!

We were very excited to try the Clove after hearing so many good things about it. We weren’t disappointed. Our server was so nice and the food we got was delicious! Fairly priced as well. Definitely give them a try if you’re in the downtown area.
