It is a small mostly takeout place, it has three small 2 seater tables that you can use to eat but it’s not so much experience than convenience as far as dine in goes. The food was amazing, I loved the garlic naans and the curries were made to your spice level which is a great thing. The staff is very small so it can be a little slow but being takeout place it is well run. The staff was very courteous and was accommodating. It was big cold in the restaurant but again it is a take out place. They can certainly improve the decor etc. but I loved the place and went there twice while I was in Stowe. Recommend it to anyone looking for fresh, good quality Indian food.
We found this place by accident while skiing in Stowe and looking for late-night bites. It’s better than any Indian food we’ve had where we live in Boston, a city with multiple Indian restaurants. I like that if you ask for something to be spicy here, it will be. The food is flavorful and freshly made, and the service is prompt and professional. Fantastic late night meal!
Ordered the chicken korma (spice level medium) and butter naan. Spice level was perfect and the portion sizes were very good, I had plenty of leftovers! Absolutely would order from here again
As an Indian, I highly recommend this restaurant for authentic Indian cuisine. The food is incredibly flavorful and offers great value for the money. It's a perfect place for anyone looking to experience delicious and original Indian dishes. The quality of ingredients and preparation truly stands out. I'm sure you'll enjoy the meal!
This place looks a little concerning when you first walk in, but the food was great! We got butter chicken, goat biryani, and garlic naan. All of them were great! Although the goat biryani was mostly a ton of bones. But overall, a great dinner to-go!
The whole town was so excited to see Raja open. The food is incredible, the people are wonderful, and you can just taste the love they put into their food. This is our new favorite go-to. We love to get it and have a picnic in the park. Affordable delicious food, kind and genuine staff, family vibe. Grateful to have them around :)
Indian food is one of my absolute favorite cuisines, and this was incredible. Fair price for the portion size, wonderful staff, and really great seasoning. Highly recommend.
