Taj India Grill

My mom took me here this week and it was absolutely amazing! The owner served us and he was so very nice, any questions we had he would answer the best way he could, and he was quick with service while dealing with other customers! The food came out piping hot and was absolutely delicious! But when they say something is spicy be warned! It’s extremely spicy lol if they say it’s a little spicy it’s pretty mild but will still leave you sniffling. But they have a yogurt sauce that will cool down anything! The freshly made drinks were to die for! And the place was so clean and its was quiet and peaceful, somewhere great for a date night! We tried so many things on the menu and everything we tried was absolutely delicious! The pic of my to go plate looks like I barely ate anything but I promise I ate more than it seems! The prices were very great for the amount of food you get too! It doesn’t look like a lot in the bowl but when you take it out it’s a lot! I’m still eating on it 2 days later! And if you order something to go like I did for my husband they pack that thing FULL! I cannot stress this enough but the over all experience was a 10/10! And we will DEFINITELY be back again!

It's a completely remodeled (new) hotel with a modern feel and spacious seating. Was served someone from management, she is definitely very welcoming and engaging. Order took some time to prepare, not an issue because food came in piping hot. Quite delicious too. We had dosas, vegetable korma with rice- both awesome and tasty. Also got indian tea which refreshed us from long day of travel. I would highly recommend for folks staying through in Chattanooga as it's conveniently located with plenty of parking and right next to indian store.

Food was very good. Lots to choose from. Chicken Tiki masala was my favorite on the buffet. Would like more desert items. Over all looks like they are making a stage area and I hope have live Indian music.

We came for lunch. The buffet is nice, but we wanted to try their bhel puri and their pani puri both were excellent. So we also ordered an onion dosa. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I were SO happy to have found a lunch buffet for Indian food. It was a nice variety - not huge - but very well balanced to suit anyone's palate. The food tasted nicely homemade and healthy. The waiter was nice. We also ordered two masala "Chai" teas, and they tasted great - good flavor, quality tea, and not overly sweet. We will DEFINITELY be going here again! It's so enjoyable to have a variety of foods to try.

Delicious Indian food. We travel a lot, and have enjoyed Indian cuisine all over the US and in multiple countries, including India. I'd put Taj India Grill in my top 5 list. The dosas are delicious, and the multiple vegetarian (and vegan) options are much appreciated. I look forward to trying them all. Wonderful staff, too. Chattanooga is lucky to have such a tasty place.
