Nicest man running this food truck. I called to make sure they were open since it was raining today. The Samosas are the BEST. I lived in Asia for 17 years. I had the Chicken Tikka. Loved the flavor.

Authentic, delicious Indian food, with the kindest service imaginable. In my opinion, Nilimas has the best food in Stillwater. Please give them your business! They truly deserve it.

Food is delicious. Menu changes every day. Owners are very social and will do small talk when it's slow. Someone wrote a review that the food is overpriced. That's not true. My husband and I pay about $30 every time for two full meals plus several appetizers. Depending on what we order (and how hungry we are), we have enough leftovers for lunch the next day. Price is about the same as any other restaurant in town. The food is a little spicy, but if it's not spicy enough you can request for your food to be more spicy. The masala is my favorite.

10/10 would highly recommend you come here and enjoy some amazing Indian food, me and my husband loved everything we ordered! Will definitely be coming back for some delicious food!

Best Indian food I’ve ever had. I don’t think I can ever enjoy Indian restaurants anymore 😭 I had a veggie combo which came with two veggie curries, rice, naan, and pickled apples. While the food was so delicious and I wanted to eat all of it, I had leftover. The owner is very friendly. Will definitely revisit in the near future.

The foods were very delicious, giving you a homemade taste! Very humble person in store and great customer service. I found Samosas a bit oily than it should be but it was delicious. If you are ordering a To-Go then I recommend you call before going over there.
