Bikanervala Indian Restaurant (Overland Park)

On my weekend trip to Kansas, i stopped by at this location once and then decided to come back as many times I could during my short stay...I was blown away by the fresh garlic tandoori naans served with the amazing soft paneer kadai... the veggie cheese sandwich was so juicy and toasty, each bite was an explosion of flavors, and together with their simple potato chips, it reminded me of my days back in India... not to forget the Bikanervala sweets, their Bengali mithai is our family favorite .. This location's customer service was so on point and such a delight... i was amused when they asked for spice level preference for everything.. all in all, a one-stop shop for delectable vegetarian Indian food!

I and my friends loved Bikanervala. It is hundred percent vegetarian restaurant. Food is fresh and tastes like authentic Indian food. Sweets are awesome. Staff is friendly and overall environment reminded me of back home. Will definitely come back. Highly recommend Tandoori platter.

Excellent and flavorful food! We enjoyed Masala Dosa with Sambar and Chutneys (one of the best, with everything tasting great—rare to find elsewhere), Pani Puri, Dahi Puri, Aaloo Paratha, Rasamalai, Dokla, and Masala Tea/Chai. Although the tea was average and the space was a bit cramped it was easy to overlook because the food was absolutely delicious and satisfying. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Visited with my family yesterday and right from the veg noodles that my kids wanted to the garlic naan , dahi puri, chole bhature , kesar pista badam Milk , we really liked all of them and appreciated the manager’s gesture of giving little goodies to our kids. The interiors r lively and literally made us feel that we were in India. Thanks for taking care of us so well. And not to forget the top notch quality of Bikanervala sweets , we took the kesar peda and it tasted really good !

I tried the paratha at Bikanervala Kansas, and it was absolutely delicious! Perfectly cooked, flaky, and stuffed with flavorful fillings, it tasted just like authentic homemade parathas. The accompanying chutneys and yogurt elevated the experience. Definitely coming back for more!

Variety of wonderful authentic dishes from different regions. Sweets are also amazing and they let you try any of them. Staff is super friendly and the owner is helpful and friendly as well. Must try!!!
