Amazing food! Loved finding this place. Husband said the garlic naan bread is FIRE. So delicious
Came here for dinner on a Monday night while visiting Harrisburg. It's a casual restaurant serving Indian and Nepali cuisine. Casual, but very authentic food and atmosphere. It appeared to be a lot of regulars at the bar eating like it was their home which was a good sign. Service was very fast and friendly. Menu had all the standard dishes from the Tandoori, Paneer, Masala, Curry, Vindaloo, Saag, Biryani, Samosas, Naan, etc... It was tough to choose, but finally decided on the Lamb Boti Kabob, Muldani Soup, and Garlic Naan. Soup came out right away, so enjoyed that while waiting for the main dish. About 10 minutes later, the Lamb Boti Kabob came out sizzling hot on the skillet. It was very good and was perfect to eat with the rice and naan. Serving size was more than plenty. Very good, authentic food with good service.
Super satisfied & beyond impressed! Ordered takeout for 2 around 8:55pm on a rainy Wednesday night. It was ready 20 minutes later. The place was empty but I was kindly greeted! First time trying Guru… portions sizes equal to price & the SPICE IS RIGHT! Lamb vindaloo and coconut shrimp curry with garlic naan sided with chutneys. I will be back for more
We order takeout from here ALL the time. It's one of our favorite Indian spots, if not our absolute favorite. SO many good options. One time they forgot the samosas in our order, (highly recommend the samosas!), and we called back and they let us pick up fresh samosas the next day!!!
I loved the goat sukuti which wasn't on the menu yet. The server Di suggested that we should try and I am glad I tried. The servers were very friendly. I am not from here but everytime I am in this town I am coming back here Deff.
So nice & delicious food I love guras spice house
