We forgot to take pics of our dinner before we dug into the delicious food. Can you tell we did not waste a morsel of food. What did we have for dinner tonight…Chicken Tikki Marsala, basmati rice, garlic nan, dahi bhalla and Indian chi hot tea. Owners are always very friendly and soft spoken. We will definitely be back again.
Their food is always good. Staff is friendly and courteous. Today, we ordered samosa chat and tandoori fish with naan. I also ordered mango lassi, which was epic! Too much food for two people, since their servings are big! We will be taking the leftover fish home :)
I never thought I would have a favourite restaurant but this is my favourite restaurant. The food, decor, service everything is just exceptional. I come here at least 2-3x a week since they have opened and cannot stop. Everything is prepared so authentic and delicious. You can smell the aroma as you enter. The service is top notch, the quality speaks for itself. Everyone working is always hustling and trying so hard to keep up and everyone pleased. The menu is huge and so many vegan/vegetarian options. I was new to Indian street food and the servers have been so helpful in finding dishes I would enjoy. Truly an experience everyone needs to try. A hidden gem in Fontana.
Masala Twist is an absolute gem of an Indian restaurant that left me thoroughly impressed. I ordered the chicken tikka masala, and the flavors were nothing short of spectacular—rich, buttery, and perfectly balanced. It was a true delight with every bite. The garlic naan was cooked to perfection, soft with just the right amount of char, and paired beautifully with the tikka masala. As for the basmati rice, it was simply outstanding—light, fluffy, and bursting with freshness. I also tried the samosas, which had a wonderfully crisp exterior and a savory-sweet filling that was perfectly spiced. Every bite was a treat. On top of the incredible food, the owner is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, adding to the warm and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant’s decor is also a standout—it’s like a visual journey around the world, making the dining experience even more memorable. Without a doubt, this is the best Indian food I’ve ever had, not just in the Inland Empire, but anywhere. I can’t recommend Masala Twist enough!
The food is delicious, and the atmosphere and presentation are excellent. I also give them five-star service.
Woooow the food was delicious and the place was very clean! Very attentive nice people! It is such a cute elegant place!! Loved itt!!!! 💯🔥 Definitely recommend this place!!
I love indian food. I always go out of my way to try different indian restaurants when i travel around the usa. While I may never be able to tell the true authenticity of Indian food (As I have never been to India myself) I can say that of all the food I have tried, this was the best. The Goat curry was beautiful. Hot enough to leave a bit of sweat on my mother's brow when she took a bite and just spicy enough to leave a pleasant tingle on my lips. Thank you to the staff for the experience. Sincerely, that one weird white guy in the bright red Hawaiian shirt who couldn't shut up about how good the food was.
