Urban District - INDIAN CUISINE

I’m usually super picky when it comes to food—especially buffets—but I can say with full confidence that this experience was absolutely fantastic. Every single dish I tried was bursting with flavor, and I genuinely enjoyed it all. From a wide spread of chicken, mutton, and fish dishes to multiple rice varieties, soft naan, puri-style breads, delicious chaats, and an irresistible dessert counter—it was a feast in every sense. I indulged like never before! What made it even better was the team—so kind, attentive, and everything was impeccably maintained. This wasn’t just a meal; it was an experience I’ll remember and happily recommend.

7 of us went here to try the new restaurant and staff out and boy I have to tell you, having been a huge fan of Indian cuisine for over 20 years including living over in SE Asia and eating it at least 2 times a week. This plays litterally blows the doors off 95% of the places I habe been around the world. Not only is the staff super friendly, polite and fun, the presentation is amazing and the quality and taste of the food is insanely delicious 😋. This place has earned my patronage for many years to come. C u guys again soon!

Tried this place for the first time and the food was absolutely delicious! From appetizers to the main course, everything was flavorful and the portions were generous. We especially loved the appetizers — they were the highlight of the meal. The mains were great too, but we couldn’t finish them because the quantity was more than we expected. Urban District runs a wonderful lunch buffet every day of the week. I am glad that I found it! On weekends, the spread and choice of offerings Is larger, for a slightly higher price. I have partaken of Indian, buffets all over the world, including in India. The quality here is excellent. All of the food tastes very freshly made and moist. The flavors are super authentic and burst with flavor. The currys and dosa (naan alternative) are particularly good. I have lunch here at least once a week. I would highly recommend that you give the Urban District lunch buffet a try!

Absolutely fantastic experience at this Indian restaurant! The Apollo Fish was perfectly crispy and flavorful. The Chicken Biryani - UD Special was aromatic and delicious, with the right amount of spices. Chicken 65 was a standout, with tender, well-seasoned pieces. The Tawa Fish was fresh and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend this place for an authentic and delightful meal!

This place is new, beautiful modern decors. Very clean. Food was good, more authentic than I expected. I enjoyed it. Service was fantastic! The manager Prashant was very nice, friendly and gave me some free desserts to try, very yummy. I had their Andhra Fish Curry dish with Basmati rice. I ordered a side of garlic naan, very very good. I also ordered their Chicken Masala to go and that was excellent! It will be my go to place for Indian food in the neighborhood. They are close to the 51 Hwy and Bell Road, very close to Scottsdale.
