This is hands down the BEST Indian food I’ve ever had in LA! The vibe is so warm and authentic, the service is amazing(special thanks to Anamul! 💚), and the food… wow — next level delicious! Everything is made with so much love, you can literally taste it. It’s officially our favorite spot now! Highly, highly recommend! 🤍🔥🥰

If you’re even reading this you need to go and eat here!! This is our “death row meal” as a Turkish and Vietnamese couple and we drive from SAN DIEGO for this occasionally. Everything is amazing and there are just layers and layers of flavors. Mohammed has been there every time we were there and he is such a kind and welcoming host. No need to recommend specific dishes because it’s all hit and no misses!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this incredible Indian restaurant, and I can confidently say it’s the best I’ve experienced so far. The staff was radiant, kind, and exceptionally accommodating, making sure that every aspect of the visit was well-informed and felt remarkably home-like. The food was nothing short of extraordinary. The masala dishes, naan, house sauces, and overall flavors were absolutely delicious, standing out among the many Indian restaurants I’ve visited. Each dish was crafted with love and attention to detail, with generous portions that made it perfect for both dining in and takeout. What truly sets this place apart is its warm, welcoming atmosphere. With 45 years of service, this gem has truly perfected its craft. I sincerely hope it continues for many years to come. If you have the chance, stop by—you won’t regret it.

This is my second review for Anarkali because it never disappoints! First off- the service here is phenomenal. Mohammed is an absolute rock star and sweet heart. He is so proud of this restaurant and you can see it in every aspect- the food is delicious and well portioned/priced, the atmosphere is roomy but feels cozy and intimate, and it’s so so clean. The food itself is just off the charts- I’ve never had a bad dish here. If you’re getting the basics, you gotta get the garlic naan, the coconut curry with chicken, and the butter chicken. Favorite way to dine here is family style- pick a dish and share, they’re all truly phenomenal. This restaurant is a 10/10 every time- go for the food but come back for the lovely humans who work here! I couldn’t post any pictures because I ate my food too quickly!

Had a wonderful birthday dinner here, the owner + staff were super attentive and so nice! My group had a wonderful time, I definitely recommend coming here to support such a lovely local business :) A++ food, service and atmosphere!

Amazing place with great service. I visited here with my local LA friend and had a truly awesome experience. The server was very friendly and attentive. Garlic naan was the heaven, lamb curry was perfectly spicy and flavorful, and chicken tandoori was SO soft and yummy. The cinnamon dessert the server offered to us had a really strong flavor but still so good. Inside of the restaurant is spacious and it has a great atmosphere. So affordable as well. Thank you for your good food and service! We’d love to visit again.
