Great place for Indian food in The Woodlands. The buffet has good variety and they try to rotate the food on different days. Reasonable priced, this is a great sport for lunch. It can get a bit busy during lunch break. They also have desert included with the buffet (mango ice cream and a rotating desert option. —————————- 6 years later and the place still maintains quality and diversity
The food was good. I had the buffet - black lentils, rice, spinach cream and cottage cheese, samosa, fried rice, and chicken. Mild flavors. No overwhelming seasonings. I would recommend for delicious Indian food. Bonus is the free Mango ice cream cones. I visited on a Saturday around noon.
Do not sleep on this place. If you like Indian food, this place is a gem. It's clean, food is fresh on the buffet. It makes it easy to introduce yourself to Indian cuisine if your unfamiliar and try something new. This Taj mahal beer was also very good. Go check it out. I will definitely return.
The food was amazing. The butter chicken and the yellow lentil over the rice…ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The service was everything..we had 3 waiters who checked on us. Good price good meal highly command.
I had the weekend lunch buffet here and it was excellent ! I have eaten here many times but I had to write this review because on my last visit the food selection and taste were the best I have had at this establishment. Some restaurants just take pride in their product and presentation.. this is one I highly recommend.
Great place for lunch buffet. The kheema matar is good choice (minced mutton with peas) they buffet is decent around 16$ during weekdays. They have a good wine and beer selection as well. I would recommend folks to try a little of all the items first and then settle on what they like. The naan and roti are served on the table by request. The service is quick. The place can be crowded at times, so best to be there by 1 and close the lunch by 2/2.15 as they close by 2.30. They also have vegetarian options. They either switched off the AC or the temperature increased at around 2 or so. So be aware of that. The dessert was good as well. The food is not too spicy so it will suit all palate.
My first Indian Restaurant experience and I’m so glad it was here! There was a buffet option, and the menu had a lot of variety and very reasonable prices. I had the Paneer Rogan Josh and it was amazing! The environment was welcoming and the staff were very helpful. A great overall experience and will definitely be back to try more!
