Taj Mahal Cuisine of India

I had such a great experience at Taj Mahal Cuisine of India! The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish was packed with flavor. What really made the meal even better was our server. He was fantastic - super attentive, friendly, and gave great recommendations. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure we had a great dining experience.

I was in Albuquerque for a work training and being that we don't have any Indian restaurants in my small little town of Alamogordo, I sought out something we don't have in my town. I gave this place a shot and was very happy I did. First off the waiter I had was very nice, and I enjoyed all the staff. Service was prompt, everything came pretty quick, and the food was very flavorful. I only have limited experience with Indian food, but I tried some stuff I've never tried including my appetizer and experienced flavors I haven't before. It was good and it will be somewhere I go again when I go back to Albuquerque.

Been coming here for over 20 years, we used to live in the neighborhood but since moved away. This has been the first time in at least 5 years that we have been. And it is as good as it always was. The atmosphere is a little quirky, but once you get settled in it is quite enjoyable. Five stars!

Widely known as one of the top Middle Eastern restaurants in the Albuquerque area! The Taj Mahal is consistently flavorful & fresh, with interesting and complex custom-made spices on a menu of traditional Indian dishes made with lamb, beef, chicken, and a wide selection of vegetables and grains.

This is an excellent restaurant and a lucky find. The menu is well balanced, great selection of appetizers. The service is warm and proficient. And the prices? Reasonable! A real unicorn of places, highly recommended.

Incredible food. Never had better Indian food in my life. Good energy here. Buffet is amazing. Mango pudding was so great!

I had the chicken and my son had the lamb. Both were excellent. The owner came over to greet us and answered some of our questions regarding the menu. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Overall, a really pleasant lunch and we would go again. (And the prices were quite reasonable, I thought.)
