I am surprised with the reviews, but I thought this place was spot on, especially with their Mutton Juicy Mandi. The Mandi was truly amazing and the best we have had so far. Dosa was a little thick, but the rest of the food was spot on, and I will go back again for sure. Medu Vada and Puff were exceptional, too. The filter coffee was also delicious. Don't let reviews fool you as I think they deserve a try with the plenty amount of options they have.

Impressed by quick service, food was very nice spicy and full for flavours. Staff is very good, they were kind , one of our order was placed incorreclty we wanted veg fried noodles but it came to be veg fried rice, the staff immediately took action to prepare the order. But over all clean facility, self service and good restaurant.

Desi District was definitely worth the 25-minute drive for taste and value. We tried the chicken korma, samosa chaat, and paneer makhani, and each dish was exceptional. The samosa chaat was a highlight—tasty samosas topped with tangy chickpeas and chutney, offering a flavorful and unique twist. The paneer makhani was rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced, while the chicken korma was a must-try with its balanced flavors and tender meat. Overall, a delicious experience with flavors that’s worth the trip!

Desi District, Irving has the best Mandi in town. The food tastes amazing and the service is great. The meat is tender and the rice is full of flavor. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place for delicious Mandi and good service.

Tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Every bite was so good. Rumali Roti was next-level, soft and light, exactly what you need to scoop up every last bit of that savory goodness. And those lamb chops cooked to perfection. Juicy, flavorful, and with a char that lets you know this place means business. But what really sealed the deal was the service. The staff here doesn’t just serve food, they serve an experience. Attentive, efficient, and making sure everything is spot on without hovering. Food is awesome, reasonably priced. In my perspective, they have the most delicious desi mandi here. Irani Chai's brewing is at the most perfect level, too. We've been visiting almost once a week and are planning to continue 🙂
