Punjab Tandoori Grill in Yuba City

I ordered takeout. This head chef introduced himself, which I thought was very nice and I will definitely be coming back when I’m in the area . I had the butter chicken and garlic naan and vegetable samosas. Everything was very delicious. The butter chicken sauce was incredible. Everything was cooked perfectly and the portions were satisfying. I highly recommend you stop by and try it out yourself!

The curries were rich, flavorful, and balanced just right. Don’t miss the garlic naan (skip the extra butter)—it’s easily one of the best I’ve ever had. And the warm, attentive table service from Veronica will make you want to come back again.

Simply delicious food! Vic is the owner and the chef and a very hardworking and talented guy. We chose the vegetable samosa, the garlic naan, and the butter chicken. Really one of the tastiest meals we've had lately with everything so flavorful and fresh. Our server was also a very pleasant lady. OMG. This is the BEST Indian food I've ever eaten and I have eaten it in many states and locations. I swear I gave Meg Ryan a run for the money with my performance. :-) I have never been to this restaurant and have never met Chef/Owner Vic or his staff before. The food and flavors of all the dishes we tried were spot on. We also got to try Vic's signature dish of Chicken Malai. To say the least, I will order the Malai every time I return. We live in Grass Valley and come up with every excuse in the book as to why we need to travel to Yuba City just so we can go to Punjab Tandoori Grill. The food is fabulous! And we are tough critics when it comes to food. We love to eat good food and look for the best places to eat everywhere we travel to. Friendly staff, and super clean restaurants and kitchen. If Vick ever wants to open a second restaurant, he’s always welcome in Grass Valley!😁

Went in with friend on our lunch break everything was good, except the shahi panner sauce was more the flavor of Mali kofta flavor. Very yellow in color instead of traditional red from the tomatoes. The samosas were good, crunchy and large very filling. Owner and son are super nice.

Absolutely amazing tasting, perfect heat level, chef introduced himself and gave his recommendations. The signature dish beautiful and so good. I will be back!!!
