The Curry Kitchen

My son took me to eat Valentine's evening, and we visited The Curry Kitchen for the first time. The staff were pleasant and helpful as we were clueless as to what to order. The restaurant was extremely clean and the food incredible! The butter chicken was so incredible, the mutton tender and tasty, definitely order garlic/butter Naan to eat with your dishes that come with white long rice. We ate a desert that was 2 sweet breaded balls smothered in a sweet type syrup(I forget the name). Delicious! I encourage everyone to try the restaurant and study the menu before you go. Serving sizes were great, too. The food was so great I forgot to take pictures properly.

We had a fantastic lunch at this new Indian restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious — full of authentic flavor and beautifully presented. The interior is elegant and cozy, creating the perfect dining atmosphere. A special thanks to our server, Mr. Sohib, for his warm and attentive service. Can’t wait to come back!

The Curry Kitchen Indian Grill & Bar was excellent. We ordered Paneer Butter Masala, Chicken Tikka Masala, rice, & Garlic Naan. We ordered mild and it still had some spice, so if you don’t want spice definitely don’t go for medium or higher. Please, go try this restaurant!

Absolutely delicious food and very friendly service. They are true to their hear levels, so know that extra hot is seriously extra hot! The food comes out quickly and is fresh and piping hot. Servings are very generous. Excited to work my way through the menu.

I promised myself and told others I'd never provide reviews for places of business again without compensation. I'm eating my words on a distended stomach. The dining and atmosphere require my public approbation. The Curry Kitchen Indian Grill & Bar, Tuscaloosa is not a restaurant-it is an experience. The servers exceeded the words accommodating and attentive. I can't recall all the order; it was great. Lastly, the food was stain worthy. Go by and tell them Definite Debra Harris sent me. I love you real hard; ain't nothing you can do bout it!

Restaurants in town often have to Westernize their dishes to stay afloat. This is about as authentic as we are going to get: tons of flavor, lots of meats you won't find at most places, and lots of dishes that don't show up on standard Indian menus. This is my new favorite spot in town. Pro tip: let them know your spice tolerance because if you ask for spicy you're getting it.

Very pleased with our dinner here. The portions were huge, the staff was very friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the service was fast. We tried several things, the chicken hot and sour soup, Manchurian chicken, dosa, biryani, and tandoori chicken. Everything was delicious, had a perfect spice level, and had a great presentation. I would definitely recommend this place!
