If you’re looking for authentic Nepalese flavors, Himalayan Delights is a must-visit! We tried the Goat Thali, Chicken Momos, and an appetizer — everything was delicious. The Thali was beautifully presented with a variety of sides, including a flavorful pickle and sauce that tied the whole meal together perfectly. And if you’re a momo lover (which honestly, who isn’t?), this place is hard to beat — the momos were juicy, fresh, and packed with flavor. The hospitality was equally amazing; we truly felt welcomed and cared for. Definitely a place we look forward to coming back to again and again!
Himalayan Delights is a cozy gem offering authentic Himalayan cuisine with a variety of options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. Their momos, chicken tikka masala, and butter chicken are rich in flavor, while vegetarians will love the wide selection, including dishes like vegetable curry, paneer tikka masala, and hearty lentil soup. The freshly baked naan and perfectly spiced rice dishes make the experience even better. Service is friendly and attentive, with staff eager to recommend dishes. Portions are generous, prices are reasonable, and the coastal location adds to the relaxed vibe. A perfect spot for a flavorful meal that caters to all dietary preferences.
Food is great and I've been to Nepal too and it taste just like it. Highly recommend. Loads of flavor
Amazing! The team here is SO caring. Their service is impeccable. The food on top of that is incredibly delicious. Our server Navraj was so polite and very attentive. Made sure we were satisfied every time a new dish was brought to the table. The manager seemed very attentive as well. Overheard me saying to my partner that I need a knife and brought me one. Very high attention to detail. Loved it.
1000/10 this place is THE BOMB! If you like flavor and happiness come here. Service was great. Music is catchy. Vibes are great. Invite everyone and their mamas. We had the goat curry, Momo, and naan bread.
Great location in this area for Indian and Nepali Cuisine. Food is so tasty and customer service is excellent. The inside is more beautiful. Highly recommended the check out once.
This new restaurant (opened in 2024) is a great find with an extensive menu, great food made to any spice level and a friendly, enthusiastic staff! And prices were super reasonable- especially the lunch specials. Our group of six all loved it! The quiet open space makes it a great place to meet friends. And there is free parking in lot - a real plus on Balboa Island! Can’t wait to go back.
